When I was looking to do a spring yard cleanup and get quotes for mowing I called at least 10 different landscaping companies to get quotes.  Of those 10 only 6 called me back, and of the 4 or 5 that came by to give me a quote only 3 actually got back to me with a quote.  It was a very frustrating experience, but I'm very glad that Thomas was one of the folks that came back with an estimate.
First off, Thomas promptly called me back and setup a time to come by my house for the estimate.  As we walked around the yard and went over what I wanted done Thomas was keenly aware of everything on my property and kept asking if I wanted to trim a particular bush, put down mulch in a certain area, etc.  He took his time to really go around the property which was a major change from the other companies that came by that seemed to want to get in and out as quickly as possible.  Thomas gave me a very quote for the work that was well below anyone else.
I had to put a hold on the work from Thomas, and when I eventually called him back for a re-estimate he gladly came by and gave me a new estimate for a project that was a little bit smaller.  Once again he was professional and courteous, and we settled on the terms right there.  He told me he would get to the work later in the week and that he would call me when he would start the work.  Imagine how surprised I was when he was out back at 7:30am the next morning getting started!
Thomas is a sole proprietor, so he's not running around in a large truck with huge logos on the side.  However, I'm more than happy to give my business to someone that is personable and professional and does the work the way I want it.  I will be calling Thomas first for any landscaping projects I have in the future.

Mr. Bernal  returned my phone calls promptly and came over to give me a free estimate. He called several times to confirm the date the work was to be done. The day of the project he and his crew arrived on time. They worked all day without a break in the heat and were polite and friendly. The work came out better than I could have imagined and I would reuse them and recommend them highly.

He must have given me a special deal because the property was in really bad shape. They pulled all the weeds, cut the grass, and trimmed the hedges.  They worked very quickly, they gave me more than my money's worth, and went above and beyond the call of duty. They made the lawn look like the difference between night and day. I was really pleased with the work that they did. They were prompt and came on time. They did a detailed job.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They went past my expectations of what it would look like, so I was very happy with them. I thought their pricing was good. They were very responsive and great to deal with, and I plan to use them again in the fall.
