+ 0 moreSwift did an outstanding job when they installed our pool and they have maintained it very well ever since. Small company who has been very responsive to whatever our issues have been. Even though they are in Delaware and we are in PA, we have never regretted our decision to go with Swift. If we ever moved and needed another pool, we would use them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Installed pool in 2010 and maintained our pool since then

Description of Work: Replace the liner in our pool at the end of last summer when they said it would be May. No communication had to call them bi weekly to keep us up to date. Then this year I paid $567 to open the pool which does not mean getting the pool in swimming condition. I had to call several times to get them to come out and go over all the items I needed fix. Their professionalism was "there's a lot wrong". Meanwhile I asked about weekly service and due to many complaints they no longer do them. I have another company that comes out and I needed a new light and when they called Swift they wouldn't give them any information to help us replace the light that's in the deep end. All and all I've never been treated so rude and had such careless employees who have put this family business in a downward spiral. Their grandfather would be rolling over in his grave.

Description of Work: I called them to come see my pool about replacing tile and shoring it up. I live about three blocks from them, but the person answering the phone did not know where my street was! He assured me the proper person would give me a call. They NEVER did. I later heard from others that they were shoddy workmen and I would not have wanted to use them anyway.

+ -1 moreThey pool turned out amazing. They were very informative. They kept us informed about the whole process along the way. They kept things as neat as possible. They went above and beyond the whole time the pool was being done. Their price was very competitive and affordable. We were able to get everything we wanted within our budget.
Description of Work: They installed an in-ground Gunite pool. The pool is about 1000 sq. ft. It is a free form pool.

+ -1 moreThey told me I was not the first of the year, but I would be treated in turn. They said I would be ready by April. By the end of April, I gave them a call. They were not ready to service my pool, so I called them back by May. They were still having problems, but they said they would be out by the end of the week. They kept losing my work, and finally I just never heard from them. This caused problems because my daughter was coming to visit, and they promised they would have it done before she visited. I had given them a deposit of $1200-$1300, and I asked for my money back.
Description of Work: I contracted them in February to do liner and pool work.
