+ -1 moreThe job started one day late because of the holiday weekend and the folks at the building inspector's office were off. The crew got here promptly at seven AM. they hung tarps all around to protect our plantings. The old roof was off before noon and the new shingles were on by four PM. They raked the lawn thoroughly and cleaned up so well that the only way you could tell that they were here was that we had a new roof.
Description of Work: remove existing shingles dispose of old materials install new 30lb felt install new pipe collars install ice & water shield install new architectural shingles (40 sq) install 2 solar tube skylights clean up entire work site run magnet over entire yard all in ONE DAY
