They were running a few hours late that day, but were great about calling before the scheduled time and letting us know (gave a choice of that time or rescheduling). Also called when they were en route. The technician was extremely professional and courteous, and explained possible causes for the leak and options, including up front pricing. Answered all my questions easily and even gave us an estimate for a related service.

They did great. They are truly nice and I will certainly recommend them. The overall job went good. Their service was excellent. There were no issues and everything was great. I had no complains. I think their price is reasonable.

At first it seemed my furnace needed a smaller repair. The technician could not get the part in which necessitated a larger repair. It took some effort on their part to get the mfg. to find the right part and have it delivered. A more experienced technician came and after some observation figured out how to install the original part. I was prepared to spend $1700 but the final cost was $500 You just do not find companies like this anymore

They quoted more than $10000. They were compatible. All companies are similar. We might use them in the future depending on the quote.

This was a disaster. I was able to make the arrangements via e-mail with Penny Sobieski. I don't live at this condo, so I made a special trip to the beach for the repair. My service window was 9 am to noon. By 10:30 or so, I started getting nervous. I could not call them - no one in the office - but when I sent an e-mail, Penny responded. She assured me the technician was coming. Over and over. She kept saying that she'd checked with him and that I was next and that he was on his way. He arrived ... at 5:15 pm. Over 5 hours after the "close" of the window. She'd assured me at 11, noon, 1, 2:30 and 3 that he would be there shortly. When he arrived and I compained, he seemed surprised and indicated that he didn't know I'd been waiting. So, I don't know to whom she was allegedly talking. After looking at the unit, the technician announced that the wiring to the outside was completely corroded and that he could not get a signal to the sensor. 10 minutes later, he told me that, although he still couldn't get a signal out there, the sensor was ruined. Thus, it would be $1000 to even find out what was wrong, and that really, I needed a new unit, at $5000+. None of this made sense - I'd had the heat repaired last winter and no one said anything about corroded wires, and the heat had been working as late as April (when we had the late snow), and I didn't understand how the heat could work if there was no electricity to the outside until He couldn't really answer, but insisted my only choice was a new unit, and pressed me to schedule an appointment with the salesman. I paid for the service visit, and scheduled a second opinion - the verdict was that the breaker to the a/c unit had flipped. Once the breaker was flipped back, no problem at all.

We need to have an appointment first thing in the morning so that the workers are all the way clean and so they haven't been in other dirty houses and then come to mine, which they understand. They are still trying to get somebody out, but they still haven't been able to come out on time like they said they would. *Update 06/25/2014* Company came out yesterday and resolved our issues.

They were awesome. They put it in the day before Thanksgiving or the day after. They were tremendous. They are special.

They were great. They were very professional and punctual. Our home is a smart home, so they couldn't address some of the issues, but I'm sure they will be excellent for regular homes.

They come in twice a year for $180. They've been thorough and we've never had a problem with them.

I've always been pleased with their service and how quickly they respond.

It was a good experience. They did a good installation and they had to come back and adjust a couple of things but it worked out good.

Bought house May 2113. Had problems with AC last summer and last November with the heater and called Sobieski because their maintenance sticker was on the heater. Not happy with information given. Very quick to tell us we needed a complete new heating/ AC system without any testing. Technician couldn't make thermostat work. Another company quickly fixed thermostat and found problems with Sobieski's past heater service on our unit.

Very smooth installation and professionally handled. We used Sobieski to install a new furnace & A/C, last year, and were very pleased with the cost and quality of the installation. They are now my "go to" organization for HVAC & Plumbing needs.

Great, I had a good company install the unit in 2005, a better company took that unit out and put in another one, said the other was junk, and the better company wouldn't fix it when it broke. Now I have had the BEST company replace it and the crew that did the job were excellent at their work.

Purchased a new Lennox Elite Heater/ Air conditioner system as well as whole house humidifier and Thermostat from Costco, who contracts with Sobieski Services to install and maintain. The system took the installers two days to put in, rather then spend another two hours to finish the job the same day (3 PM and they left). Once everything was up and running, the AC worked great. Fast forward to winter time, and I started having problems with the heating system. First the installers hooked up the humidifier incorrectly (never worked). Once they fixed that, it then went bad, and a part had to be replaced. After that the heater started cutting off for no reason, and took 5 additional service calls (7 in total), and numerous parts to fix my brand new Lennox heater. They also had to change the exhaust and intake pipes on the outside of my house, which is what they were blaming the system on (and not what the sales manager / service manager promised me). I feel that I now have a heater that may still have issues, and it is too late in the season to see this, as the heater is not being used anymore. One of the service techs let me know that the primary heat exchanger may be bad, but they will not replace the system under the lemon laws until they can rule everything else out. On the good side of things, with the sale, they did extend the Labor warranty to 10 years (which matches Lennox parts warranty), as long as I keep a service contract open, they are on time within the windows of when they are going to come out, and the techs are professional and clean up after themselves.

The new system was installed in November, 2011. Two technicians came to the door right on time and removed the old system and installed the new one in approximately 4 and a half hours. They were respectful of my home and two dogs and were very professional. My house was clean when they came in and was clean when they left. We have remained with Sobieski Services for our maintenance contract. They call to set up the appointments. The service technicians are clean, professional and always on time. We highly recommend Sobieski.

Sobieski and its employees are very courteous and pleasant to work with. They are competative with their priceing. They show up on time.

They did a good job repairing my AC, were the lowest price of the places I went to and were fair and honest and quick to respond.

.All the work done was satisfactory. They appear to have professional people working for them. I chose them because of how the presented themselves.

I like it and they did a good job. I would give them 2 thumbs up. They showed up when they said they would show up and we had no problems with a system. It worked fine the guy's had been polite. They don't even have any mess. They all came with the same price and that they came but they cancelled it twice.

I find their work to be a mediocre and I used them for years. It's nothing to recommend to others. They expect you to call them and when you call them, I'm having a difficulty with it. I have to call them several times. They seem to be uninterested and they have a prevailing price so I'm not sure of how to compare the price but from what they did, I think it's a little bit high. He was a nice guy though.

Our house is under warranty and we were asking Sobieski Services to come out and look at the brand new AC unit. Unfortunately, it had to be in the heat of the summer and that was the busiest time of the year. It took them a little time to get out and they were saying it was because of the heat. I disagreed with them and we had a little conflict eventually. The unit was basically a little low on Freon. I contacted the wrong phone number for service and they gave me a hard time but when I ended up calling the right number, then we were good. Overall, I was a bit dissatisfied.

We are on an annual service contract, and we get two services for that. They are usually pretty prompt, pretty courteous, and pretty good. We haven't had any problems.

Went very well. The service technicians were very courteous and thorough. The explained the problems and the solutions. They ensured that they left the area in better condition than found at the beginning of their service visit.
