Description of Work: Customer service was very nice and polite. Workman arrived on time and work was done in a professional manner. Suggested additional work that needed to be done but was not pushy in trying to make a sale. I would recommend this company. The work I had done was furnace tune up.

Description of Work: Semi-annual HVAC checkup and servicing. Sobieski designed and installed our geothermal HVAC system in 2012 and have been providing Semi-annual HVAC checkup and servicing since then. The company is well-managed and technicians are credentialed, well-trained, courteous, and polite. Appointment times are confirmed and technicians arrive per schedule. The vendor 'covers' the entire state and does commercial and residential geothermal systems. Sobieski's has the size and experience we were looking for to provide dependable, responsive service. Back in 2012 we considered many vendors and picked them carefully. We are pleased with our selection.

Description of Work: service person came in looked at one copper pipe and declared that was source of leak, no testing or anything for further testing. Seemed so confident, of course , we don't know, two weeks later no cold air blowing, another service call. Second service call, requested not the first service person. Second service person great !He found the real leak, with professionalism and diligence. Now, 3 calls into his service manager to discuss real fix , no return call. Discussed fixes with other competitors and cost quoted found out prices quoted for fixes are double. All I can say is when you call main number, and they ask you " what can they do to make you smile today" is don't bull crap me , overcharge me and lie, is that too much to ask?

Description of Work: Maintance Check-up under there service contract

Description of Work: I lost heat and it was going to be 11 degrees. I called @ 4:10pm and asked for help and was told to call back after 4:30pm because that would be the "emergency services". I called back only to be told we can't come out until tomorrow. Luckily Oliver Company was much more customer service oriented and came out by 6:45pm and not only got me heat -but- gave me a discount.

Description of Work: Repaired pipes over the garage that had bursted during the severe winter weather.

Description of Work: Replaced old (35 years) oil furnace with Lennox heat pump and air handler. Gave us the name of a company (BrightFields, Inc) to remove the oil tank. Sobieski's three men arrived at 7:00 and were finished by 2:30. They were very professional, took care of our property, explained how everything worked and urged us to call if we had any questions or concerns.
