Been waiting 2 weeks for an estimate. Have called several times and still have not received estimate. Poor follow up. Probably will not use because of this experience. Chose this company because of good ratings. Very disappointed.

There was one person that came out. It took about two hours to complete the job. They did a fabulous job. We needed someone to come out so talked to a couple of friends and found them on Angies List. They came out the same morning and the air was on when he left. I would tell family and friends that the service is good and reliable.

I liked them so much that I picked up a plumbing contract with them. It did not take them long at all to do the project. Excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very courteous and professional.

Service Mark replaced my air conditioner. I already had another quote, that I thought was a fair price, but Service Mark was about $500 cheaper. They arrived on time and completed the work a little earlier than expected. They did not try and sell us on additional services. The workers were very friendly and respectful. They even stopped and helped my wife carry in the groceries. (It was very cold with lite snow at the time.) I would highly recommend Service Mark.

When I first made the call to their 800 number the person on the phone tried to tell me that you don't have to do any maintenance on a hot water heater. I explained that the anode rod needed to be changed and there were other things that I wanted inspected due to the age of the water heater. We had a "morning" appointment but did not receive a phone call until 12:50 in the afternoon. The message explained that the first appointment ran longer than expected. I waited around at home until 12:00 but could not stay any longer than that. We had a great experience with Service Mark when our AC unit was serviced so this is very disappointing. I cannot trust them again.

The entire process from sales though installation were completed in a very professional manner. For once, I believe we received what we paid for and promised.

They were delayed and 90 minutes late coming in that morning. However, they stayed until about 8:00 PM to finish the job. The sales rep. was knowledgeable, courteous and business like. So, were the technicians. Prices were competitive. Good follow up on the new thermostat complaint. All in all, a very good experience!.

They were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them without qualifications. They are great. They can expect good service and good value for the money. We know that they are honest. We are saying that because they thought they needed to do more than they did, they could have been dishonest so they had to do it but they didn't. They just charged us for the lesser amount because it was less than they thought. They are really good.

Heater was working intermittently so I turned it off and called ServiceMark. The person who answered the call was courteous and professional. They set up my appointment and a tech (Kennith) called and arrived at my home with in 3 hrs. Kennith was knowledgeable, courteous, and through. He diagnosed the issue with my heater and repair the issue quickly and repaired the problem at a fair price. I have used ServiceMark in the past and will continue to use and trust their service.

Their service was terrific. They did exactly what they said they would do. They did it on time and on budget. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else. I have recommended them to do a number of my neighbors and they are all thrilled. The heat pump is state of the art, and - after 11 months - i can honestly say that our heating and cooling bills are reduced by 40% (or more). Company also came out to "check up" on our furnace without charge, once the cooling season started.

They are very nice people. They have done some extra such as put in a filter. They are usually prompt, courteous and effective. We are quite happy with them.

They have been around for a long time. They are very reliable.

The technician that came out was excellent. He showed me a lot of things about my unit. He showed me how to fix the balance. He was great. I never had a guy show me so many things about my unit. He was great. I have recommended them to several people.
