Description of Work: Installed hardwood flooring. Fast and efficient

Description of Work: I visited Pinnacle Floors and took home a number of floor samples. I had a representative come out and measure my kitchen. He said that he would email me an estimate within a couple of days. Several days later I had not heard from him and so I phoned. I was not able to speak to him so I left a message. Bottom line--I never heard from them.

Description of Work: We had Pinnacle come out and install hardwood flooring in our family room (previously carpet) and sand, restain and finish previously installed hardwood on most of the rest of the first floor. They helped us match the colors well and the floors turned out great.

Description of Work: Pinnacle Floors took out our old kitchen floor, leveled the surface, and installed a new oak floor, toe kicks, and molding. The floor is gorgeous, and the installers were very professional and worked with us on all the little details of the project. We are exceeding pleased with the results!

Description of Work: Work arranged through contractor as part of remodel. The guys were very good, careful and arrived as scheduled. Work is still in progress.

Description of Work: Contractor called me back a week after I placed a call to request an estimate. Contractor came to give a bid to refinish kitchen floor and replace tile in foyer & powder room with hardwood. Contractor told me that he would only re-finish the floors to the front of the range and refrigerator-and not the floors underneath because he would need a plumber & electrician. (both are electric and plug into the wall-icemaker has a disconnect/shut-off value). I found this suggestion to be a sign of shoddy workmanship. I told him that I wanted a transition into the dining room (hardwood) because the finishes would not match. He suggested just using two floor boards crossways. Shoddy again. Then, he told me that he couldn't cut the tile at the closet doorway because he didn't own a saw that would cut it. (Rent one?) Then he suggested that it would be easier to just continue the wood floors into a 10' long closet that no one ever sees. I told him that was unacceptable. Then he asked whether or not I expected him to do the removal of the tile floors.(?) I don't care HOW cheap these guys are. They will never set foot inside of my house again. I predict a long, painful run for anyone who hires them!
