We called several roofing contractors. Paddy's replied promptly and Paddy himself came to give us an estimate. He was thorough, informative and his price was appropriate for the job needed. His crew arrived when expected and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up any debris and left our property as they found it. We had the roof repair needed. Several days later we received Paddy's invoice; it was exactly as he estimated. We have had some heavy rains since and the roof is leak proof. We are very satisfied customers and will surely use Paddy's again. And we will recommend him to anyone who asks us about a reliable roofing company.

Pat Ferris was extremely pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about standard roofing practices, was punctual, and was hungry for my business. I did not hire Paddy's however, because the one roofing solution I wanted was to put several inches of polyiso rigid foam on my roof. I wanted to give Pat the work if he had ever installed this product before, was aware of any installation methods that make it unique, etc. Pat did not. That he was willing to take on a project to perform work he had never had any experience with and yet, still charge me his normal labor rates (i.e., learning on my dime) was something I wasn't willing to agree to. I wish Pat the best, but he wasn't the right company for my job due to lack of experience in rigid foam insulation applications.

It was great from start to finish. Pat was very professional during the estimate pointing out things that others had missed. The crew was very professional and Pat even came back after all was finished to double check and make sure nothing was missed. As parents of a 4 year old, this really set our minds at ease. We also had Paddys install a new skylight. Talk about a difference!!!!

The crew showed up on time and were very respectful to both my wife and I. Originally when they came to do just the gutters we had not planned to have the shutters or satellite removed We asked the owner about those items when he was here working on the gutters and he said he would take care of it all that day. All for was done promptly, neatly and at an affordable price. Couldn't be happier. I plan on using them in the near future to do my roof as they have done two of my neighbors roofs and they look great.
