Really a great job. Floors are gorgeous now. Workers are great. They work very hard to please. They show up on time, work non stop, pay attention to details. Very respectful and a pleasure to work with. Gee is fantastic, very observant, careful and neat. We would highly recommend them and gladly hire them again.

They were unable to stain the floors dark and said the wood would not take the stain and was streaking. They said they put three layers of stain to make it darker and three layers of sealant. They looked the same color to me when they were done. The thing I liked was that it only took one day to complete and the guys were all very nice. Unfortunately I will have to take a different route if I want dark floors in the future.

I heard about this "sandless" process several years ago and wanted to try it. Unfortunately, I got Justin a young and inexperienced guy, and it turned out to be a disappointment. My wood floors were in good shape because they had been covered with carpet. I also swept and lightly mopped the floor on the day before the job was done. I believe that this process could work if done well by a professional. Justin is not a professional. He is only interested in doing a rush job. The result was streaks in many rooms. Before the job, he said he would stain two small areas that were too light and stain a 2 x 1 inch area that I touched up with stainable wood filler. It didn't happen. He claims that the stain did not take which is of course a lie. I called him back to fix the areas of streaks. I waited for him for four weeks because he had his wedding. My wife and I were at the mall. He showed up early. I told him I would be back in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I was back and found him and his helper in the house already. I asked him how he got it. He said he just climbed in through the window which I had opened slightly. Just like that. No apologies. He put on another coat. The results were still streaky. I believe if he had done the job right from the first stripping step, the results would have been much better. I was hoping it would look like it had been treated by polyurethane. It doesn't. I really don't expect this treatment to be very durable. It will probably be like Mop and Glow, a description I saw someone else use for work done by Mr. Sandless.
