Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Newark

I was on well. I had water service installed from road to house and new water heater. Shaun give me Quote and was lowest of three places. I had a question and he answered call while on vacation. Sal and his helper came at 8:00 and I had water by 3:15. The water lines installed looked like a peace of art they looked so good. I highly recommend Mr Rooter

Technician was professional and polite, and performed the service needed.

The follow arrived promptly, was very nice, pleasant and professional. He repaired the original leak as well as another joint that would have the same problem in the near future. The house is older and those joints become a problem and the second one, although not leaking at the time of repair, had the potential to be more problematic and costly.

Tim was great today, he answered all of my questions quickly and had a lot of great information for future work we might need. He called on his way to our house and was on time! I really liked the text I received from the company with his photo and biography, it added a nice personal touch to the experience. Great job, cleaned up quickly and everything is working well!! Thanks a million.

Just to change some bolts that I couldn't get off myself cost too much and pro didn't have a part to finish the job. Also said if they were to change that one it would cost me double what I'm paying just to change a toilet gasket so toilet is still leaking.

Sal is a very hard worker.

The repair man was a gentleman and left the area clean.

They charged me for work I do not feel I needed. Shame on me I didn't see the invoice until after the work was done.
