The designated cleaning areas were completed but after inspection some areas were not and Lara and crew needed to come back to complete the cleaning.
Description of Work: Cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, living room, hallway, stairway and walls.

Response from Lara's Cleaning Service
We regret that this service has not been to your complete liking and that unfortunately we have not been able to meet your expectations. My service was a total of 6 hours, 3 people. The service included cleaning the kitchen, hallway, bathrooms, living room, 1 bedroom, 2 closets, and some walls that were totally dirty. In these areas, there has not been service for a long time. In my opinion, since there was a lot of dust and pet hair accumulated, we cleaned, not by itself, we thoroughly cleaned these areas and they were completely clean. What we returned to correct were some small details that we gladly returned to correct because we recognize that we are human and we can overlook some points but nothing that needed a deep cleaning. Some areas that the lady mistakenly believed were within my service and that was not the case, and others that despite not being within my service, we cleaned for her. We thank the lady of the house for letting us know the areas that we had overlooked, but we regret that she gave us this rating and these not so good comments because she knows perfectly well that her house was left wonderful after our service.
