"I am giving a poor rating because we have been left with unfinish work in every room of our house and will have to hire others to finish the work . We first hired Klietz and sons to update a bathroom. While it wasn't perfect it suited the purpose for our elderly father. Next we hired them to remodel our kitchen, (measurements were off and we were left with an open space without cabinets) while this project was almost completed we had them re do the rest of our house. This project took about two years. We lived in the house while it was being remolded. Things began to fall apart when there were odds and ends in EVERY room that did not get completed. WE were told to make a list and that it would all be finished up. We have been waiting almost three months for our list to be completed. We have been ghosted and ignored. We paid for all the work in good faith and have not seen the contractor nor any workers for three months. Our fault for not holding back payment."

"We have been wanting to remodel our kitchen since we bought our house 14 years ago. We liked the layout of our kitchen but the cabinets and countertops were beat up and old. We had the kitchen cabinets painted over the years but they just don't hold up using latex paints. I used Angie's List to search for kitchen improvement contractors who were highly rated on this site and others. Cipriano's Kitchen Improvements stood out so I submitted a quote request. Cipriano responded very promptly to schedule an estimate. He was very friendly on the phone and even more pleasant in person. I could tell right away that Cipriano is a genuinely good person and was going to be easy to deal with. Cipriano told me he could reface our existing cabinets and suggested adding an additional cabinet for our trash and recycling bins. Great idea! This also allowed us to extend our countertop a few feet which was a bonus. We had an estimate in hand within a day or two and decided to hire Cipriano for out project. Once they got started we met the rest of his work crew. They were professional, polite, friendly, and extremely hard working! They protected everything with heavy-duty paper, plastic or drop clothes, and they cleaned up each day. They are true professionals and extremely good at what they do! Cipriano kept us informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Cipriano and his crew for any kitchen improvement you have in mind. Our refaced cabinets look like they are new from the factory and the granite countertops, island, and backsplash look amazing! We could not be happier with how everything turned out.
