 + -1 moreWonderful job! Arnold knows his stuff and he was able to resolve my standing water problem and he also designed a system for my pool deck so it wouldn't sink and crack again.
Description of Work: We had a lot of concrete work done! Kemp Construction services designed and poured a new pool deck. Our old pool deck was cracked and sinking in spots. There was standing water under the concrete and it froze in the winter and cracked the pool. We had to have the pool repaired. When Kemp Construction Services saw the concrete Arnold knew what needed to be done. He put in a drainage system under the deck, installed peers and added extra rebar to reinforce our new deck. Not only did he install drainage under the deck but also installed piping for the down spouts and ran it under the deck and out to the front yard. They also designed and poured wider driveway and they removed and moved my front walk way. They widened the walk way and gave it nice little curve. We were so happy with all of the work we had them come back about 9 months later and create our new private side bistro area. All of the concrete has just the right amount of "brooming" so it isn't slippery but it is also comfortable to walk on in your bare feet.

 + 0 moreNeeded a concrete slab poured in my backyard, A friend of mine gave me the name for Kemp construction. Called, gentleman came out promptly and gave me an estimate for services to be performed. They started the work within a week excavated, put down new sub base, formed, poured, and re-topsoil the job. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the workmanship. All in all it was a fair price I was pleased with the work and I would recommend them to other people
