They were prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. The nests were quite bad and it required all of the trips that were made,

I called on 4/17 to schedule an appointment for carpenter bee spraying; we were scheduled for 4/19. Nobody showed. I called later in the day and was told there was no record of our appt. They offered to send someone over by the end of the day, which we accepted. Still nobody showed up. By 4/22, nobody had called or appeared, so I called back. I was told someone could come the next day between 2 and 4pm, and also that the manager, Mike, would call me. Mike never called. By 5:15 on 4/23 I called back and was told the technician was running late but would still come. When the technician arrived, he looked at our house and said he couldn't do all of the treatment since he had no ladder. I had explained every time I called that the eaves are high up and some equipment is needed to reach that high - they already knew this, since we've been their customer for over 3 years and carpenter bees are a recurring problem.The technician said he would do what he could, but the company should have scheduled me with someone else. Today I called, finally talked to Mike the manager, and was told they couldn't service that part of our house since they don't use ladders anymore. There was an apology for the lack of responsiveness, but no offer of a credit, discount, or coupon, even after I explained that we took time off from work for the (missed) appointments and rearranged our schedules repeatedly to accommodate them.
