Awesome work. They found the leaks (under old coat of sealant) and then started a thorough repair of the roof. Applied patches, coat of sealant. Came back out and did another top patch and then again completing with another coat of sealant. Very pleased.
Description of Work: Our manufactured home needed a new coat of roof sealant. We had small water spots. We could not find the source of the water.

It went better than expected. I was expecting to have to clear the grass out of the cracks and off the edge of the driveway before they could seal it. They did it at no extra cost. They even brought their own supplies to block off the driveway so no one would park there until it was time. Also, we have a very uptight neighbor that lives close by and they dealt with her well. The driveway looks fantastic! We were 100% satisfied!
Description of Work: My driveway need to be resealed. We had tried to do it ourselves and really messed things up. There was also some cracks with grass growing up through and grass growing over the edge of the driveway.

It looks great! and we are looking forward to getting another coat within the year to keep it looking nice.
Description of Work: I had an old black topped driveway that needed to be resealed. I really wasn't sure it could look good with just one coat.
