We are very happy with the quality and speed at which the conversion from oil to gas went. They were straightforward in explaining the options. Once we decided, they scheduled at our convenience and were in and out in one day. The job site was left clean and the workmanship was excellent. What I really appreciated was the communication. Every email/call/text was returned within a few hours. I would definitely use again and recommend to others. Update: We had the work done in the winter and once it got hot, we turned on the AC and on a particularly hot day noticed that the house just wasn't cooling. I called at 8:30pm and surprisingly a human answered the line. I made an appt for 2 days later. I then realized that the house was going to be unbearable and so called back at 9:30pm to change the appt to the next day. I spoke with Shane who changed the appt but then asked him to help me troubleshoot. He did and we found the problem over the phone and found there was no issue with the AC, just an issue with turning on the AC's circuit.....duh. How impressive is it that when you call you actually talk with a person! I am overly impressed.

Very good service. I received approximately 6 or 7 estimates. They wanted to be last. They beat my lowest estimate from all the rest and even gave me some upgrades. They exceeded my expectations which seems to never happen anymore. After the install the owner checked everything over. Any concerns I had, he had them addressed right away. He really cared that I was happy with the service. System works great. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

Very professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. Their work was of the highest quality. They were very polite and efficient. We are very pleased and our heating bill has taken a drastic dip.

The installers Jeff,Joe, Shawn, Kyle did a fantastic job . Started at 8:30 am and were finished by 3:30 pm . could not ask for a better group of guys. Did such a good job my that i talked to my neighbor across the street and directed Jeff the sales representative to him and they replaced their system also . Jeff the sales person did not pressure us and was knowledgeable about the equipment . Thank You

There was not one problem .They arrived on time .Got to work immediately . fFinished and completed the ahead of time . Very pleased with the neatness and respectfulness of the installers .

They were very nice and honest. They found the issue and never pressured me to buy a new system. I really appreciated that there was no pressure and that they just replaced the broken part.

Gold Star came out and gave us a very competative quote. I was most impressed with the fact that it was not a time consumong sales pitch. He gave me the info that I needed to know and answered the questions that I had. The men that did the installation were very professional and polite. The completed thejob as promissed. They cleanned up after themselves and made sure I was hapy with the work before they left. I will definately use them again for any work that I will need done.

On a scale from 1-10 I would rate them a 12. They were on time, they were very, very good. All I had to do was call them, he explained everything to me really nicely. He even recommended that a friend of his take out my oil tank, which he did (they did a wonderful job on that too). I can't compliment them enough. I have had contractors before, nothing like this. Everything went smoothly. If I need another heater, they are certainly the ones I will call! I would recommend them very highly.

It was a very HOT day and my girlfriend called me at work saying the house was hot when she arrived home. She was working nights and I had limited time to take off and I was worried I would have to spend hours waiting on a repair man and I didn't want to go through the entire heat wave without AC. I called Gold Star Services and was surprised that they could give me a same day appointment. I was given an appointment time, and left work to meet the technician. I arrived home, and the technician arrived promptly on time. The technician was neat and dressed professionally, which for me speaks volumes itself. I explained the problem, and showed him the air handler and the condenser. I felt bad, because it was so hot out and the condenser was under my deck, in an area my dog liked to hang out in. Shortly after the technician started his investigation he was able to identify the problem and show me what was going on. He told me he had to replace the two parts, fearing he would have to order them leaving us with out cold air, I asked when he would return. He told me he had the parts needed on the truck. The technician replaced the parts, and had my house cooling again. Two last things really impressed me, as dirty as it was under my deck, the technician made sure to leave the dirt where it belonged, outside. He made sure he was clean and didn't track any dirt in the house. The second thing was that he took the time to clean the condenser. This is why Gold Star Services does my preventive maintenance before the heating season, and I will have then service the unit before the next cooling season. If there were an A++ rating I would give that.

Gold Star was just great. I had not had our heating system serviced in several years and was referred to Gold Star by a friend. The technician arrived right on time and explained what was going to be done for the heater tune up and cleaning. He checked , cleaned and adjusted all the settings including the water heater. I could tell he had the experience by how easily he moved through the entire process Shane ( my technician) explained the importance of the tune up made sure I was bleeding the radiators on a regular basis. He answered my questions about the heater's operation as well. I strongly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to Gold Star I don't have to worry about any breakdowns this winter.
