I was referred to Ferris by a subcontractor from another company when I called them in for repairs to roofing work that company had performed. Ferris gave me a much better price to replace the roof on half of our house and the very best price I found anywhere for window replacement. Their teams were all very professional - and we were especially impressed by the gutter installers and the window installers. They always went out of their way to point out and usually correct unforseen problems at no additional cost. I would and will call them again without when we have a home improvement project and we would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

From start to finish working with Ferris Home Improvements was a great experience! From the friendly people at the front desk to the staff on the floor they always went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Debbie took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our Kitchen remodel project. She remained engaged throughout the process and made herself available whenever we had a question (and we had many). Chuck and the installation team were top-notch! They arrived on time every day, were neat and put-up with our two crazy dogs. The workmanship and quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. We now have the kitchen we always wanted and our friends and family are amazed when they see it. Highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements and looking forward to working with them for our other home projects.

They were the only company that would come right away!!! The service technician Monty Justin was professional, helpful, and took all my worries away. He fixed my windows quickly, and came within an hour when called! I cant say enough about my experience with Ferris and Monty!

We had Ferris Home Improvements give us a quote on roof repairs. Scott noticed the fan cap was missing and covered it up when giving us the quote. We were pleased with the roof repair and insulation that Scott and James performed, They were pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and skillful workers. We would use Ferris Home Improvements again.

Within past year have had our roof repaired and just recently a powder room added - we were impressed with the superior workmanship, professionalism and design knowledge of all involved in our projects. They kept to the budget and schedule they provided - we would not hesitate to recommend them.

They did a great job across the board - very pleased with the results. Very neat. Each day the house was left just as clean as it was when they arrived. No pushy hard sales - worked with us on what we wanted.

The project went very well. The roof looks great. They were professional and responsive to my requests and did a thorough job of cleaning up.

Had one of their estimators come and give me for a quote. First we had to reschedule because they said he got sick. I was going to give them that one, not now. Then he shows up, I take him to the down stairs bathroom and he’s very interested in replacing that enclosure, now we go up stairs to look at the upstairs bathroom (tub enclosure). First words out of his mouth “ we won’t touch this “ I ask him what did he mean ?This is one of those things “ when you open this , it could open a can of worms and we don’t do that kind of work. My boss would say no to this job. Maybe I’m could be wrong but isn’t this what a contractor does, redo things. Never asked anything else. Just so you understand this bathroom is no different than the downstairs bathroom, just one is a tube and the other is a shower. He made it sound like his company was to good to do this work. His attitude towards this work really turned me off, never brought samples or ideas. I think we caught him on his way home. I would hope a contracting company would have ideas on fixing things, they weren’t interested. I really think they could be a good company that does very good work , but have bad representation. He had no ideal what I was willing to have done or pay.

Workers were on time friendly and did a great job in a timely matter. Would hire again for other projects, very pleased

The original roof on our 1989-built home was well overdue for a replacement. My husband scheduled appointments with 3 local roofing companies to obtain estimates. It just so happened that the first appointment was with Ferris. The salesman (I believe his name was Matt) arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. He explained all our options clearly and worked out a very reasonable price for replacing our roof, as well as three skylights. Normally, I would spend hours online checking company reviews and we would never commit to the first company's estimate before also obtaining estimates from others. In this case, however, my husband and I both felt completely comfortable signing a contract and giving a deposit the very same night of our estimate meeting with Ferris. We then promptly cancelled the appointments we had with the two other roofing companies. We have zero regrets. The work crew showed up on time, were careful to protect our windows, siding and yard from any damage during the removal of the old roof and did an excellent clean-up job after the work was completed. Our new roof is absolutely gorgeous. A few days after the roof was installed, a craftsman (I believe his name was Scott) arrived to complete the inside trim detail on our three skylights. He was very friendly and patient with me as I continued to find small smudges on the painted areas around the skylights that needed to be cleaned. At one point, he had already packed his extension ladder away in his truck and was ready to leave, when I noticed yet one more mark. He happily unpacked the ladder and set it up again inside the house and dealt with that last annoying smudge. The ladies who work in the office at Ferris are also very friendly and responsive. I had a few questions before, during and after the work was complete on our home and Terrie was always very quick to respond to all my concerns. All-in-all, our experience with Ferris Home Improvements was an excellent one and I would gladly hire them again and recomment them without any hesitation

Chuck and Bill arrived earlier than the expected time, which worked out better for us. They were courteous and professional. The materials were installed seamlessly. The floor and molding look fantastic! My sister and I are very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of their work.

The technicians worked tirelessly for 3 days and everything turned out excellent. The windows are top quality and the service was excellent.

Work went very well. Contractor arrived on time, completed same day. They covered all windows to prevent accidental breakage. Did thorough clean up including nails dropped on lawn. They even repaired my mailbox which was accidentally damaged.

Our bathroom needed a complete overhaul. After meeting with Tina in their sales department and going over what we wanted and deciding on everything it was easy street. Their installer Chuck made everything go perfectly smooth. When small issues arose Chuck and Dan the project manager were immediately on top of the situation to get it corrected. They left the house clean and ensured that the bathroom was sealed up when they left to prevent our dog from going in and getting hurt. They always treated our house like their own. When the plumbing sub-contractor left a bit of a mess we let Dan know about it and he came out and spent an hour on his knees scrubbing the floor. This went far beyond what I expected and was very happy with the attention to detail and to ensure that any concerns were addressed. After everything was done there was some cracking around the calking of the tub caused by some flexing and settling due to being an older house. We contacted Chuck and Dan and they came out and removed and put a more flexible calk in place no questions asked. Ferris was able to take our least favorite room of the house and turn into an amazing looking room that is both more functional and much easier to look at. No more 70’s tile and old crumbling plaster!! Although Ferris is not the cheapest guys in town you will be happy that you spent the little extra to get the level of quality and service that they provide. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them to do our kitchen as well in the near future.

The work was done quickly, but initially, the tilt was incorrect. The workmen were called back and re-set the guards so that all water flow would be away from the house. The callback was treated as a warranty repair at no extra charge.

Crews reported on time and completed in one day as per sales rep. Exception clean up. Only a few pieces of minor debris and no nails. More than satisfied!!

We were very satisfied with the entire process. Mike Lashbrook did an excellent job scoping out the project, selecting materials and answering our questions. He was responsive to our input regarding color selection. The two technicians who installed the gutters were very pleasant, highly skilled and took great pride in their work. Great experience!

Excellent service from the initial review of my needs, to the options available, to the installation of the windows and slider. Excellent product quality, and reasonable price for the quality -- we chose higher end products (especially the slider which has internal blinds) with a high insulation and UV ratings. Very happy with the installed product and especially the service that Ferris provided throughout the process! All members of the team were very knowledgeable about the products and how to install them properly. The installers took their time to do the project properly, and explained everything they did as they went along, and how to operate and care for the finished installation Will definitely go back again for the next project!

All work performed as promised. We are very pleased.

I got three estimates. I chose Ferris for several reasons: 1) one of the other companies over estimated the size of my roof which would have cost mean extra $1000; 2) the other companies sales approach was to try to convince me how bad the other companies were, it had the highest estimate BTW; 3) the Ferris salesman was very helpful, answered all of my questions and left me with a very detailed estimate. I was originally scheduled for the second week in June, but the weather allowed them to move that up to the last week in May. On the scheduled work day, the roofers arrived on time. They covered all of my shrubs with tarps and all of my vulnerable windows with plywood sheets. The work went well and they finished on time. The whole time they were very professional and cooperated with all of my requests and answered all of my questions. At the end of the work they cleaned up, ran the magnet to pick up any loose nails and even fixed my free standing mail box which got damaged sometime during the day.

The Saleman was thorough in explaining how the work would be done. The team of workers were hard working and cleaned up after the job each day. Their workmanship was excellent. They finished the job in the timeframe they had told us up front. We highly recommend them!

The worker did a good job as was expected. I have no complaints regarding the work. My complaint is that in their promotional advertising they offered a $199 special for "a small job." I don't know how much smaller the job would have to be to qualify. I feel this is a deceptive piece of promotion. I called the office and talked to two separate women who did not seem to understand that charging about $250 for labor was outrageous. The last woman I spoke to, who was someone from the operations group, said that $200 an hour for labor was the going rate. I don't pay that much for an auto mechanic, dentist or doctor for small jobs. If they had classified this job as a 'small job,' it still would have meant charging close to $100 an hour for the labor for which I would not have complained.
