Description of Work: Nothing. Did not know how to repair roof.No experience in fixing bay window metal roof.

Description of Work: Ferris Home Improvements replaced hail damage roof, vinyl siding, and gutters on my home. They worked with me and my insurance company very well. The work was completed timely. They used quality materials, which were installed very expertly. Clean up was very good. My home looked great!

Description of Work: Ferris installed our roof. Casey came out to our home on a very rainy day. The other company we called cancel the appointment because of the rain. Not only did Casey (Ferris) keep the appointment (it was pouring) he went up on the roof (this is dedicated service). He explained and wrote down everything Ferris would do. Their price was $500.00 under the other company. Their workers came out and done the job and cleaned up afterwards. Ferris told us that they would also rehang our gutters and the work could not be completed until 6-20-14 due to their man on vacation. On 6-20-14 the contractor came out and completed the job. Very pleased with |Ferris and would hire them again for other jobs and would definitely recommend them. This is our first experience with Angie's list and the Ferris Co. and very pleased so far with both.

Description of Work: Representative came out to give me an estimate, and after spending about 30 minutes of my time he abruptly told me he didn't want the job. I think he could've told me in a more polite way. Another thing I didn't like about the visit was the unprofessional way he asked me questions about their competition who installed my roof. Then, he had the nerve to ask me if he could back his truck up over my front lawn to turn around to go down my driveway. I guess if he left deep tire tracks in my lawn, he wouldn't want to repair my lawn either either.

Description of Work: I JUST had a new front door installed and I am thrilled! My old front door was so drafty if felt like a window was open. I could never keep my first floor warm! I got my estimate and service completed within a week! Already my home is much more warm and cozy! I wish I had done it sooner. It was great working with this company, the office staff was nice to speak with, the sales man was knowledgeable and clear the men performing the install were courteous and tidy. I didn't feel like I had to put too much thought into my decision to go with ferris for the job. The price was competitive and the work was amazing! I look forward to using ferris for my new few in the next year or so.

Description of Work: Estimator was very thorough and professional. Estimate was very thorough as well. Unfortunately price for a full roof replacement was 15% higher than 2 competing bids. Until I got the quotes in the mail I was strongly leaning to this company so it was quite a disappointment to find their quote so far out of range.
