The Ferris team is knowledgeable and professional. Hats off to Monty Justin (sales), Jeff Brannan and Tony Faulker (installation) for a job well done! This is my second home improvement project by Ferris and I would definitely hire them again. NOTE: The only reason I gave "Value for money =4 , is because I live really close to Route 1 and I thought the reduced sound windows would have drowned out the noise better but they do not. My understanding is that these windows are effective in high traffic areas; but they are not standing up to the noise output of Route 1. This is not something Ferris could have forseen, so all-in-all, I rate the service from start to finish - Excellent. - Faye

The pricing was MUCH higher than I would have expected. And they were only able to accommodate our request as quickly as we needed because we provided the shutter. The gentlemen who came out was honest, professional, and provided thoughtful service.

There is a minimum charge, and it was applied to simply replace one shingle, which I supplied. I thought there would be a free estimate also but all I got was a grimace when The gentleman responded to the remainder of the roof. Communication should have been better. I should have kept asking for answers.

We had a new home in four days. We had siding windows shutters and front door all excellently installed. Paul was our project manager. Paul was excellent keeping us informed of all things connected with our project. Jim and Mike installed all new windows and our front door. The job was neat and clean and they were wonderful. Jose was the lead of a very talented 4 man team. Again an excellent job. We are thrilled with our new home. The quality of all of the materials is of the highest standard and all of the crew were talented and very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend Ferris for all home projects.

When the representative (Tim Bouch) came out, it was so nice to see someone that came on time and ready to give me all the info I needed. No hard sales pitch!! . I had done some price checking, and the price was competitive. Work was done on time, and they did an awesome job. They made sure no nails werenâ t left on my property. After the job was done, Paul, the supervisor,, came and inspected the property plus the roof to make sure everything was done the way it needed to be done. Before he collected the last check. I would recommend this company.

This is our second project done by Ferris. Same good experience. Good communication, excellent craftsmanship, job well done. Great team of people.

Wayne, Lauren and Matt were professional, friendly and polite . They were on time, completed the job in one day and did a great clean-up. Explained the workings of the windows, the warranty and were wonderful to work with. I used Ferris for my roofing and they did a great job there, as well. I would highly recommend this company and this team.

Ferris Construction was professional when we contacted them. They gave us an appointment right away. They kept the appointment and arrived right on time. Devrick was our technician and he was wonderful. He did an on the spot estimate, which we readily accepted, then he went about doing the job. We are happy with the company, Devrick and the completed project. How nice it is when you deal with people who run a professional operation.
