From my Estimator Matt to the guys who installed my windows Austin and Miles, to the office personnel was a GREAT experience. We recently had a kitchen remodel. Chuck and his crew were very friendly and easy to work with as well as being reliable and trustworthy. They did a great job and we could not be happier with our new kitchen. The floating shelves, tile work, counter tops and cabinets look amazing. We could really tell Chuck enjoyed his job because it showed in his attention to detail and the pride he took in his work. We will definitely use Ferris again and would recommend Chuck to anyone!

Had a great experience with their sales rep Malcolm, we had a lot of questions and he was patient and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The entire experience was phenomenal. Every one that we talked to and dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional. V and the team were on time, quick and pleasant. They got the work started and finished in 1 days time and cleaned up very well. Right after we had the roof put on in October we had a huge storm that came through and we didn't have any issues at all, we were so pleased with Ferris, I would highly recommend them.

The initial quote was done on the first visit. Several changes to the quote were done via email, prior to a final visit. The sales, project management, and installation personal were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and in performing the work required on time and on budget. This was a very large roof with 3 separate sections...two of which required resheating. It was a pleasure to work with the teams at Ferris Home Improvement. I plan to work with them on future windows, doors and siding projects as time allows.

I had proposals from several roofer/siding companies. Although Ferris was not the lowest price, Spencer's response time and knowledge of design and color schemes was invaluable. Also, the overall work performed and their installers' response, if something needed attention, was quick and handled without a question. A Wonderful company to deal with, I am calling them back for a window estimate.

After several interviews with different companies one company and sales rep stood out; Mike Zaiss from Ferris Home Improvements. Mike was the only one who actually listened to either my concerns or ideas and made arrangements or suggestions to handle each one of them. My experience with other companies was not comforting. This was a multiple project at our home; new roof, new full construction replacement windows with Anderson E Series and changing the current siding to an impression of cedar by CertainTeed. Some companies gave me quotes on one project but not the others. Another company the sales rep never responded with a quote after taking all measurements. This process was a bit shocking especially being in the Real Estate business. We finally obtained three bids and made comparisons accordingly. It was Mike Zaiss who made the difference. Now there were a few minor hiccups in the process. But again attention to detail and service with communication and updates still made the difference. We are overall very well pleased and have two other major projects concepts in line that we need to review with Mike. I have already shared his information and my experience with Ferris Home Improvements to many people. Thanks again for everyone���s hard efforts.
