They do a fine job. They have always come out and have done a complete job. We have been satisfied with their service and have used them for several years now.

We had some issues with mice when we bought the house around 5 years ago. So, the crew from Erlich Pest Control came in a couple of times to get rid of the mice problem that we had. They laid traps at many places to catch the mice. They also laid the traps inside our house to get rid of the mice which were in the walls and the attics. They identified certain places in our house through which the mice could enter our house and they asked us to close such places with a mesh screen. Since we live in an old house, we had some pipes that were coming from the basement to the upstairs. So, they sealed the openings of those pipes with a wire mesh to make sure that the mice from the basement don’t enter the kitchen. They also installed outdoor bait boxes. They also came back a week later and refilled the bait boxes, as we had a lot of mice. They only charged us once, even though they had to come back a few times and that was something which was great about them. I am now on their yearly maintenance plan. They were here a couple of weeks ago to do an inspection on mouse trapping. We haven’t had a mouse since we started using their services for mouse trapping. We keep the bait boxes out when they come out to refill it. They are pretty punctual, as they give you a 4 hour window and it’s really difficult for them to miss that. I will continue to use their services in the future as well.

They are very responsive whenever we've noticed what might be some type of activity.

They were very responsive, although in the end I think I might have been able to take care of the problem myself.
