Dr. Energy Saver promoted themselves as somebody that comes in and gives you a concept of what you need to do to decrease your energy costs in your home. They don't tell you upfront that they have certain services that they provide and the only thing they are going to tell you are things related to those services. They are overpriced in their services and what they provide. They didn't have anything that solved my problem. We have a back porch that is very cold, and I think that it is actually that it isn't insulated enough. I asked them that, and he said Oh, no, we've got to go under your crawlspace and put this dry stuff under your crawlspace. Which our crawlspace was already dry. But he convinced us that we needed that. So we paid thousands of dollars to get that done and the back porch is just as cold as it ever was. He didn't help at all. As far as the work went, they did a clean job. I just feel that they sold me something that I didn't need. They overload you with paperwork, which I thought would be an energy analysis and wasn't. They don't actually help you with your problem. I feel like I was conned. You need to know that they do NOT produce an energy analysis.
Description of Work: Dr. Energy Saver came to the house to evaluate our energy use and potential savings.
