I contacted Delaware Plumbing to replace my 30-year old hot water heater and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Ryan Carmean was knowledgeable, conscientious, and very helpful. He provided me with the option that I needed and left the workspace clean. In addition, Ryan took the time to look at a problem I had with the pipe connected to my outdoor hose, quickly identified the solution, and took care of it. I also appreciated that Ryan went beyond the call of duty to explain things to me in a way I could understand, showed me where the indoor water valves were, and provided me with an option for covering the opening he had to make in my wall to replace the pipe. I was extremely satisfied with the work Ryan Carmean did.

I worked closely with the manager regarding my water heater purchase/ install, he was very accommodating. Steve did the removal and install of the water heater and he did an excellent job, very professional and great customer service!
