Delaware Plumbing Professionals Steve & Mike were professional and able to help me with my plumbing issue. Steve was able to assist with making the job work financially within my budget. Work was done in a timely manner and plumbers explained procedures for repair appropriately. Only one issue I had that was negative. After plumbing install Of new kitchen Faucet & garbage disposal I set up a dishwasher load. I did not find out until the following morning that the water line under kitchen sink was not turned back on for my dishwasher. I contacted the DPP office and informed the receptionist that I needed a plumber to come out to turn my water outlet to dishwasher back on. It was a Thursday am before the 4 th Of July holiday. I did not know how to turn the water back on to be able to use my dishwasher! The receptionist told me that the plumbers were on a 2 day big job & could not send anybody out until Monday am! They did not even have a plumber phone me to talk me through how to turn the water inlet back on! I was very angry at the receptionist. I am 70 years Of age and I went underneath my sink and found what looked like a valve and turned it myself. I was afraid I might break something but was desperate to get my dishwasher working again. I did it but would have had less stress if just received a phone call from a plumber. I liked the plumbers work but older plum was mentioning a younger less experienced worker. He missed a step & older more experienced plumber did not check other plumberâ s work before they left. I would have saved my stress. Thank You

Was unable to establish blockage of sewer route from inside. Come to find out that the coduit of both home/city piping, 30yo pvc from yard was shattered to pieces from a local contractor that hanitually parked his truck on the burial site at the side of the drive. Thanked these reps for their best service allowable at the time. Took hiring an outside- literally- contractor to dig up and replace my sewer from house to street and reroute pipes of both meeting points so this was less of a future issue.

Replaced hose bib. Not an easy job Had to open inside wall. But job completed in about 3 hrs. Two men. Good job. Meat and complete. Rapid initial response too.

I called this company due to a flooding issue in my basement and not having a sump pump pit or a sump pump. Anthony Miller came out let me know what I need how long the task was going to take and how it would be done in a day or two no real wait time. The job was done was the most professional experience and knowledge and works fantastic which put our minds at ease. The best part is they give you a time frame and updates through out the whole process so you don't have to wait around all day like most companies make you do and they also only charge for the job itself there is no extra hourly rate or a emergency call fee.
