I had a complex broken kitchen drain line. Dane handed the challenges of an older house with difficult access. The job was expensive, but that's probably more me than the plumbers.

The tech who was sent, Zachary, was professional and an all around nice guy. He replaced the broken garbage disposal and it's working great now. I would recommend Zachary to anyone. At the same time I mentioned that my dishwasher wasn't draining. He thought that replacing the garbage disposal might correct the problem with the dishwasher but it didn't. While not his area of expertise, he did look at the dishwasher and felt the hoses were OK and that it should drain. But replacing the garbage disposal didn't correct the issue with the dishwasher so I now have to look into hiring someone to fix my dishwasher.

I had to have complex re-plumbing done. It took a second trip to get it right(which is reason for lose of half star) but Dane made good on the work, I will definitely call on Delaware Plumbing Pros for future needs.

My service provider was excellent. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to use the existing faucet and repair that rather than charging extra to replace it. He did not try to overcharge me. I will definitely use Delaware Plumbing Professionals anytime I have plumbing needs.

They came in behind Horizon that wanted to charge me over $3,000 saying my line needed replaced. This company ran a snake all the way to the main drain, clear the clog all for $135. Zach was the technician and he smiled when I told him Horizon was here prior. He said we will fix it ! And he did with a Great attitude - Willing to serve and proud of his accomplishment

While the technicians were knowledgeable and courteous, they were at the job site for less than an hour and charged $230 for replacing a bath downspout with a shower diverter.
