Everything about the experience was very professional and they did what they said they would do. My technician, Ryan C, was very polite and very knowledgeable. He is also a genuinely nice guy. I happened to look at my Ring camera after he left and noticed that he even put away my trash can from the street. A great overall experience.

Delaware Plumbing Professionals were dependable, prompt, knowledgeable and offered a full service warranty for my new water heater. Michael, the serviceman, offered me options to choose before starting any work. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to hire them.

The team was very knowledgeable and helped explain my options. Gave me upfront pricing for each option so I could weigh those options before proceeding with a sump pump replacement. The parts were delivered and installed on the same visit. It helped keep my basement dry.

Michael installed a new gas water heater and completed some additional pipe repair for my kitchen sink on 12/4/2023. Michael was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and timely! I am 100% satisfied with Michael and Delaware Plumbing Professionals! They are fabulous and followed up to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. Within 2 days I experienced an issue with a company that delivered a new refrigerator to me and would not disconnect the water line to take away the old fridge, leaving me with 2 refrigerators in my tiny kitchen! I contacted DPP in a panic! Teresa calmly advised that she could immediately send Micheal back to my house and he arrived almost immediately! I did need a new shut off valve which he completed quickly and beautifully and then connected my new fridge and saved my day! Micheal was my hero and there are not enough words to describe my appreciation!

Ryan Carmean from DPP has always done an excellent job with plumbing work at our home. He completed another job today installing a new water softener. I would recommend him and DPP to anyone. They are friendly and competent. Best in the business.

A little too costly

Very professional. Provided what issue was with pricing before work was started.

This company is dishonest. The company quoted $65 for initial fee and said the technician will look at the problem and give me options for me to consider. But the technician in the end charged me $231.99 Fee for technician to evaluate and write an invoice or report. This practice is actionable. i.e., it can be sued over. But I have been too busy to do it for the time being.

They provided the service in a timely matter

They came out and ripped me off charged me an outrageous of money for something that took no more than 3mins I was Also told someone would come out if the problem persisted within a week I called several times and still no one returned this is very unprofessional

Clean work professionally done

Eric did a great job. He arrived on time was professional and knowledgeable. He installed a new faucet and garbage disposal he made sure everything worked left all the paperwork and explained the warranties.

The appointment was easy to set up, Jon was on time, very professional ð and so very nice. He assessed the problems. Gave the price and DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL me!!!!!. Will definitely hire again. 5 stars is not enough.

Ryan was excellent! I had a sump pump emergency and Ryan arrived at my house 2 hours later. He completed the work in about an hour and did an amazing job! Price wise was very reasonable as well. Would recommend!

The tech was great. Showed up bright and early. I was able to negotiate and receive a fair price. Work was impeccable. The young ladies I talked to in the office were very personable and worked with me. Everything about this experience was perfect.

Derek responded immediately and did a fantastic job. He worked under some pretty disgusting conditions and didn't complain at all. He was thorough, friendly, and had such a great attitude. I would highly recommend him.
