I called Delaware Heating & Air Conditioning Services on a Monday morning for no heat. I explained to them that I am elderly and that I am not sure if my thermostat is working correctly. (its confusing for me). They immediately sent a technician out to my home, the technician Matt was a very nice and courteous young man. He really took the time to explain how to use my thermostat and even hand written step by step instructions on how to use it correctly. He checked out my system and changed my filter as well. I will and have recommended this company to all of my friends. I was very pleased with their service. Happy Customer, Lillian.

May 2015 We had no air conditioning; I placed a call to Delaware Heating and Air Conditioning. Fortunately they were able to fit us into their schedule that same day. Their tech, Joe, arrived that afternoon, he was able to diagnose the problem, address it and repair it. In addition to being a savvy technician, he was professional and comprehensive. Pricing is very reasonable without any pressure tactics to make me purchase anything other than what was needed. They also surprised me with a 10% senior discount :). We are very pleased with Delaware Heating and Air Conditioning, they will definitely be our ?go to? service company.
