It took several calls to their office to reach an individual to schedule an individual to evaluate our basement. Once we got the appointment scheduled everything was done in a concise professional manner. The technician showed up on time, and as requested, checked the entire basement to ensure that we only had the two cracks that were currently leaking. The technician explained what needed to be done and then quickly accomplished his job. He cleaned up after himself and gave me the bill. When we had a significant rain less than a month later the leaks continued. I attempted to contact the main office to complain. When I was asked to leave a message I hung up and called the cell phone number provided on the bill. To my surprise I reached the business owner who assured me that it was not unusual for a second visit to be required and any additional work required would be at their expense. He contacted the office and had them call me to schedule another service call. On the day of the second call the same technician showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained what he thought the problem might be and began the process to correct it. He also put a water hose in the area he thought the leak might be as a test. His expertise proved correct and he sealed the leak. After correcting both problems he again cleaned up the area. All work was at their expense and he promised to return if additional leaks in he original areas were noted. The professional manner of the owner and his technician give me confidence in their work and promise to return if needed. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
