Cleaning Frenzy

My initial date was set up via phone. A week later I received a call to see if I would change days. I was not able to as the day picked was when my son could be here. Lady said ok we could keep same day. Day came and received a call from them close to 11am time they were to arrive. (Son was waiting). The caller explained the cleaners were tied up in a job that was bigger than they expected. Could they change days. Still I didn't have another day this week my son was available. I work which is why I wanted a cleaning company. We agreed they could come later in afternoon by 2. Later I received another call that they could not make it by 2 pm. I was very disappointed as I had looked forward to going home to a sparkling clean house. I paid them no money and never got to see their work. I feel the organization of cleaning jobs is very poorly managed. I was not willing to chance constant unreliable promised dates to get further involved with this company.

I was not satisfied with quality of cleaning. Kitchen cabinets, woodwork, wood floors under furniture, picture frames, lighting fixtures were all still dirty even after "deep cleaning" of that area. The areas were dusted but when you ran damp rag over areas...lots of dirt on damp rag. They responded professionally to my complaints but the quality of service never improved to where I felt my home was properly cleaned. I have used other companies in the past and experienced cleaner home so switching service even if I have to pay more.
