Cap didn't fit . Contacted many times to have them correct. Promised many times to fix. Never showed up. So it's crooked and not properly seated

Asked for a quote and the work was done by Tuesday! He did a great job!

I have had the ducts cleaned before, and I think I got "ripped off" based on what I saw Pete, owner of Burn Clean do. I had a chance to see a video from the inside of my main ducts, and couldn't believe the "junk" that was there and being removed. That "stuff" should have disappeared during the first two cleanings I paid for. I highly recommend Pete and his company, Burn Clean.

Burn Clean did a great job. They were friendly, professional and neat. Pete thoroughly explained what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable. I will only use Burn Clean and have already recommended them to others.

Pete came on time and protected the work areas. he examined the chimney before and after cleaning the fire flue and also examined the other two flues. Told us we needed to have the oil burner flue and the fireplace flue cleaned, but the third flue was clean. He then cleaned the flues and found no defects after checking the flues by camera all the way to the top from the inside and then from the rooftop. He checked the animal cages and the flashing topside as well as the top of the chimney for cracks and defects and pronounced them all in good working order. He disagreed with the previous estimator (another company), that the flue was too small for the fireplace, or firebox area. He explained that the air was clearly drawing well and the smoke would properly go up and out. He examined the mortar joints outside and found no issues there at all. he then went through a checklist on fire safety and explained it to us until he was satisfied we understood about proper evacuation routes. he also checked all escape avenues and told us we had adequate and multiple escape routes. He also explained how to conduct a drill and that we should do so every month. He recommended we clean the flues once a year and pronounced the chimney safe to use immediately. We will use him from now on. We also hired him to clean the flue at another property we have and he set up an appointment for that. I have used other chimney cleaning services in the past in Virginia and felt very comfortable with Pete. He knows his business.
