Description of Work: We have had their termite detection service for years. Some termite activity was recently detected. They came out promptly and examined the traps and are setting some more. They will also be handling wood boring bees for us. They were very efficient and professional.

Description of Work: Bedbug (eew!) treatment of 2700 sq ft house. It took several visits, and a lot of work on our part as well as theirs, but we did get rid of the varmints. APM uses only chemical treatments. For heat treatment, which is "one and done", you have to go elsewhere. Nice friendly guys, and they did a pretty thorough job, but we did have to finally dismantle the bed in the affected room, in order to get the last of the bugs. This is not a fun process, but we were victorious, so yay, APM!

Description of Work: I have an annual termite inspection and in the past have had a year long, quarterly service for other insects, mainly carpenter ants. I may use them again for the insects because I seem to have a lot of wasps. They were always prompt and courteous.

Description of Work: We had brought home bed bugs from a vacation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and offer several solutions. They were an excellent partners.

Description of Work: Assessed bat infestation for my tenant property. Very knowledgable and thorough. Made recommendations and spent 30-45 minutes onsite. No charge.

Description of Work: I have used APM for termite monitoring and treatment since 1998, when I bought my home. There was a termite infestation prior to my purchasing the house, and some minor termite damage. APM has treated and monitored since then, and although they have found some activity outside, there has been no evidence of any return of termites inside. Definitely worth the monitoring price per year, and the inspectors have always been courteous and thorough.

Description of Work: We use the service to exterminate mice a few years ago, so I don't remember details like the price and dates. I do know that it only helped temporarily. We realized that we could do the same things ourselves and save the money.
