Excellent! The repairman was great. Fixed the problem in a short time period. Sent me pictures of when it was fixed.

I would like to thank Adrian Gomez for recommending me to have my duct/vents cleaned! Aire serv sent out Bryson and he did a fantastic job. He took his time and I haven’t seen my vents more clean. Im due to have a baby in a couple weeks and now know my air quality is so much better. I highly recommend this awesome team!!

After getting several estimates both of price and products...we chose Aire Serv. They came recommended by a friend, and it was such a great choice! From the estimate, to the installation, to the office staff, everyone was so knowledgeable and courteous! Dave took the time to see what our homes needs were, and took so much time and patience explaining the hvac system. He was able to solve the problem that I had with the bedroom temp being too high-so easily! Two other contractors offered no solution! We had a complete install done, and Andrew and Will did a great job, even cleaning up every speck before they left! Andrew did such a great caulking job around the work in the wall...I appreciated that! We had one small issue and Joe came right out and fixed it asap! So nice and took great care. Everyone put on booties to walk through the house, and were very careful with our home. I am thankful for a job well done!

On time and professional. Diagnosed a simple problem and fixed it within half an hour. Technician showed me how to possibly fix the problem myself if it happens again. No extra charge for service on a holiday weekend.

I have never been more pleased with a service company ever! Aire Service is excellent in every way, from my first call to the time the technician showed up at the door. I can not say enough good things about this company. The customer service is the best I have encountered so far. I highly recommend them!

It went very well. Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable, and took the time to explain all alternatives and be sure that all of our questions were answered. The techs showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. When they were done with the installation, they tested everything. They then put back everything they had moved, and walked us through what we need to do to keep the units functioning and how to set the thermostat. They put booties on before they walked across my carpets, and cleaned up everything before they left. And we saved money because we did both units at the same time, and will qualify for a rebate from our power provider. They also replaced some of the ductwork to match it up, and a breaker to match the new requirements, all at the previously agreed-upon price.

They were great. I didn't have any problems with them. They were real good. They were really nice. He was nice and courteous, professional. They put things on their feet to come in. They explained what might happen to it, I have a really old air conditioner. The warranty people calls them.

ended up paying almost $500 for repair and parts. Technician called to let me know what time he would arrive and he was right on time. He was very polite and explained everything. He replaced a part, a fuse and 18 inches of wire.

They were very, very helpful but they seem very expensive. They were fine, they were responsive. I didn't have any issues with Aire Serv of Elkton & Newark. The quote was very detailed. The issue was merely on price.

They found the problem quickly and fixed it. It is an old air conditioner and they had the parts to fix it.

I called Aire Serv Saturday morning, and they promised someone would be there between 1 and 4 that day. Matt arrived around 3pm. Very professional, courteous and competent. Diagnosed and repaired the boiler within an hour, and at my request also did an annual service (doesn't involve very much for a gas-fired boiler, but still worth doing). Since I am new to this house, I had a number of questions about the system for Matt, and he was very willing to answer. No attempt to "upsell" me on other services (although I did ask about annual service contracts, which I elected to buy) and the price of $129 for the repair and cleaning seemed quite fair (no parts were required for the repair). No upcharge for Saturday or for New Year's Eve. A very positive experience - first time I've used Aire Serv (chose them based on Angie's reviews).

I would give this company an A plus rating. This company is fabulous. I called at 2:30 pm for an estimate and they came at 5:30 pm the same day. I had gotten other estimates from other companies but was highly impressed with this company. This company literally measured all my rooms to make sure that I got the best system for my home. We discussed a room that was an add on before I bought the home which had very limited air and heat coming from the vents. I had been told by the other companies that they couldn't do anything about this but Aire Service noted that they could help me regarding this matter. I was a bit skeptical as the 3 other companies stated that they couldn't do anything about my situation but then again the other companies didn't measure my rooms. We sat and discussed the entire situation and then about the air and heating units. I decided to go with this company as they appeared to know what they were doing and discussed the entire process with me. They were very professional and polite. I was told by the sales person that if he missed anything that I would not be charged more and they did keep to their word. The service men had a very difficult time taking out my heating system as it is in a closet and they spent hours taking it out. They did replace a wire and another item that they did not think that they would need to be replaced and the price stayed the same. I noticed that last night the room that had limited air and heating system was actually cool. I was amazed as you can tell the difference and so excited to know that there will be heat in that room this winter.... I would highly recommend this company and once again give them a A Plus Rating.
