I would rehire them again if iI needed another job to be done.

Both jobs were fine. They were very good and very professional. They cleaned up and explained things. They did a fine job.

Everything went as expected. Very clean and through crew. Finished the job on time. I was very pleased with their workmanship.

They had a guy named Roland. He came out but he was late. He went up on my roof. His price for the roof was $11000. His price was absolutely outrageous and it was just a flat roof. We did not take them. My experience with him was not bad. He seemed knowledgeable but aloof.

At first I was a little apprehensive about dealing with Advance because they didn’t get right back to me, in fact I wrote a bad report to Angie’s list about it. I decided I shouldn't’t hold the roofers responsible for the person answering the phone. They got back to me and apologized for the delay. I decided to go with them based on their workmanship guarantee. Some roofers only give you the manufactures guarantee on the shingles, Advance also GUARANTEES THEIR WORKMANSHIP, THAT was one deciding factor. The house had a few design flaws that caused the old roof to leak after 10 years. They said they would fix the design flaws, that was another reason I went with them. They also showed me rotted wood that was invisible under the old roof. They took pictures of it and showed me BEFORE they replaced it as it would cost extra to repair defects that were not seen during the original contract quote. The men were very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and will also call them back to do a few other projects.

I ended up not having the job done because my financial situation changed. He was on time, he was very professional, and I had no trouble asking questions and having my opinions understood. I think I will have them do the job next year. Their price was comparable with some other companies that I talked to. I thought they were very good and that they gave me the answers that I needed to hear.

I emailed to schedule a visit to get an estimate at my house in South Philadelphia. I got an immediate response with a request for my address and availability over the next week. Shortly thereafter, I received an email response from Advance telling me that they do not service my area. This confused me because Angie's List clearly included Philadelphia County as well as Bucks County (which is further from their offices in Delaware).I decided to call to set up the appointment instead and ended up speaking with the same gentleman that had been emailing me. When we spoke, he explained that they had recently expanded their service area but many employees did not realize it. He said that they could provide an estimate but a fee would be charged (I think it was between $30 and $50). That fee would be credited as a payment if I hired them for services. I wasn't thrilled about paying a fee but realized that it helped cover expenses for the drive from Delaware.In the end I opted not to seek their services because I didn't want to pay the fee.

It took a while for them to get around to finishing the work. What I liked about them is, I had gotten 3 estimates and the 2 other people that I had who came out and gave estimates told me that I had to replace the entire window. When Advance Roofing Windows Siding & Doors came out they told me that I didn’t need to replace the windows, all I needed to do was replace the glass. They said that they would take the glass out and replace the glass. They did it for a very reasonable price. It took them a while to get around to doing it. I needed 2 pieces of glass and they only ordered 1; so when they came to install the glass, they realized there was only 1 piece and had to wait for the other one. Apart from that, everything else was fine. They were very courteous but there was only 1 guy who messed up the order.

They did a good job. They were very efficient and thorough. They even did siding of our house. They were very professional. They were on time and finished the work on time. They cleaned up after they finished the work.

Neighbors had recommended them as well as Angie's List so we invited them out to take a look at our house. I will consider using them for another quote in the future.

Everything was professional and all expectations were met. The salesman was a straight shooter, and was able to give us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. We weren't going for cheapest so much as best value for our needs. He even threw in some extras that we needed for free. When extra rotting was discovered, I was offered a least expensive solution as well as more expensive ones. I chose the least, and it was very satisfactory. I was expecting the worst regarding noise, mess and house vibration, but everything was at minimal levels. They left my property very clean.

They are on time and very professional. The job is all done. The couple minor issues that I have had, they responded to it very quickly. I will recommend them.

The technician came out immediately, then fixed it the next day. I was very pleased. I called some other companies, who told me they wouldn't be able to come out for a week. I'd highly recommend this company to others.

Very well. They were prompt for the appointments for the estimate. Work was done in time frame promised and we were very pleased with the finished product.

Representative came to the house, demonstrated the windows and provided an estimate. We received a 20% discount for signing the deal at that time. They estimated a start time in 4 to 6 weeks which was met. They showed up as promised, completed the work in the scheduled two days and completely cleaned up the site. There were two minor problems - one with a bad latch on a window and the other with a crooked shade in the door. Both items were corrected in about two weeks - new parts had to be ordered - as promised. The windows are under lifetime warranty so any future problem will be completely covered. Excellent experience over all.

First rate professionals. A man showed up and scoped out the job, and promised 2 week start date. Two weeks later, a double crew of workers showed up with a curbside dumpster. The day-done. Super clean up, reasonable price, super job.

They were fairly priced for more insulation added to the attic. They did a great job and were punctual. The only drawback was that they have not got back to me about the rebate. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They were excellent. They were excellent overall on all parameters. I would consider them in future.

They estimated that the windows would take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. They arrived in 4. We scheduled 3 consecutive days for installation. Most of the windows were installed the first day, and the rest were in the second day. The outside capping was started on the first day and finished on the third day. Additionally, the 3rd day the doors and floor rot were taken care of. The same three installers worked all 3 days. They were pleasant and professional. They cleaned and vacuumed. We could not have been happier. After they finished, my alarm contractor damaged some of the chaulk, and they offer to send someone by to repair it.

After a little negotiation, they came in with the lowest overall price. Spencer (estimator) treated my mother very nicely, like she was his own grandmother. Job done professionally, after a slight delay in their timing, apparently caused by weather.

Advance told me they would come out, take some pictures and do a little research and then provide me an estimate. I have not heard from them yet but I believe they are still working on the information because I have a home from 1908 and they are being very cautious with the information they will provide for me. They told me it would take a week or two to find out all the information. Advance had a good rating on Angie's List. Some of the comments that members had left seemed like it coincided with work they would do for me so that is why I chose Advance. They seemed professional and pretty thorough. They seem to know exactly what needs to be done. They understood the situation I am in, with being in a historic district.

They stayed till 7pm at night and finished in one day. Have to respect that.

I thought that they did fine and did a good job. They weren?t outrageous in terms of their pricing but it wasn?t the lowest too. I will use their services again and would recommend them to others.
