Contacted them twice to try and get someone out for an estimate but no response so I gave up.

They're very good. They did the work when they said they were going to do it. I thought the price was fair and that they did a good job. Their people are very professional.

Arrived on time, explained what was done and made recommendations regarding the application of a new coat on the flat roof.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I was not happy with it. They did not do a good job and then they over-quoted me to do some other work. I thought they would be doing more than they did and then they quoted me for a lot more and what they did was not adequate for what I thought it would be. I told them not to do any other work and the I had to hire someone else to repair their work.

The winterization went well. We were going to schedule some more work with them but some phone tag ensued and the project never got scheduled. As I recall everything went well.

They have been excellent to work with. They were willing to listen to our concerns and work with suppliers to meet our needs. They offered a complete comprehensive job completion as compared the the other company where they did not offer all the services we needed to complete the job. (ie. we were told by another company they did not put in roof insulation we would have to get someone else to do it).

We were looking to replace 22 windows and 1 Patio door in our home. So we called Advance to obtain a quote. We got a quick appointment which was good and the person who showed up at the door seemed knowledgeable enough about the product too. In fact, we were looking for contractors selling OKNA windows and they were one of the final two that we were looking at. We mentioned the urgency of the matter since we were pretty close to losing our minds after having met about 10 vendors and associated products. All in all we thought the meeting went well and we couldn't wait to finish the deal. At this time, we have to let you know that we provided all information about contacting us - emails, phone numbers, etc. Two days pass by and crickets. So we called and the operator mentioned that our record was not updated with any quote but they would reach out to the sales consultant and ask him to contact us. Sounds fair enough. A whole weekend later no call backs or emails. we called twice after that to get still the same "we will ask him to get back to you". We finally got a reply on June 5th (they met us on July 25th) - 10 days later with a quote mentioning that they were swamped. As a company, you can get busy but if you are so busy that you cannot give your prospective customer a call or an email mentioning that you are working on their quote (for 10 days) and that you appreciate their business, you are going to lose out on a lot of business. Also, if your response for the quote is 10 days, how can a customer feel confident that you are going to install the windows on time and that any service issues will be handled on time? We haven't responded to your email with the quote because we feel you deserve the same silence. Also, even if we paid a bit more for my windows, we are happy giving my business to someone other company that is responsive and more communicative. You just lost our $17000 business.

I would have been happy with just the gutter cleaning part of the service I bought. It turns out that they could not even do that right because I have gutter guards. They only sprayed the outside. I thought they would be able to get a sprayer inside to make sure that the gutters are clean on the inside as well.

PERFECT. We knew the price was higher than others we had spoke to however, we had a very bad experience with a company we had do a minor repair on our garage roof and caused more problems then we already had, but with the professional way we were treated by Advanced Roofing and the excellent way the roof was installed and the LIFE time guarantee, we are thrilled with the end result and the time it took to do all of the work, entire home roof and garage roof. One day they were in and out, cleaned everything up including every last nail and piece of trash. They even fixed our rain spout for us, no charge to us, just being a good company.

She told me how fix the two things that I wanted her to do! I will definitely use her in the future. I have also given her information to a few of my friends.

Advance is responsive to customer requests for service and is fairly prompt with scheduling. My first job (chimney stack removal) was carried out within less than a week. The second job (skylight replacement) was delayed somewhat because the factory which made the custom skylight was closed for a whole due to Hurricane Sandy. Advance got me on the schedule as soon as possible and even gave me a credit for the delay. The third job (window replacement) was scheduled promptly and in fact they accommodated me with rescheduling a couple of times as we were moving out of the house when the work was to be performed.

He was a great person, but I wanted to get one thing done first and I needed to talk to him about him. I was going to get an external antenna on the outside of our house and I told him that and asked him what would be better, if I do the roof first, or the antenna. He told me to get the antenna done first. But I will get him back for a job because he was straight forward and honest and he gave a couple of estimates. One, just to do patchwork and two, to do the whole roof. Once I get the antenna I probably just have to do the whole roof. His prices are pretty reasonable and he has the same name as someone I used to work with, and he was also a good guy. So he is definitely in the back of my head.

Fine. Very kind, and fixed my chimney, plugged the squirrel holes until a person could come to re-cap. A little later than anticipated would be my only complaint. But, overall great work.

They were fine and they had a good price on the windows. The guys who came out to do the windows were fine, nothing in particular.

I think this is the provider that I did not like for the following reason, you may want to check this before giving this feedback to others: We have been getting job estimates for 20+ years. This provider insisted that both husband and wife sit through a presentation/selection process before giving a roof estimate. We are not interested in that nor do we want a sales approach similar like this. We like providers who come to the house, give the estimate in writing then in a timely manner, with no high pressure sales.

This was one of the best home improvement decisions we've made. We have a 23 year old house with the original builder-grade windows. They were awful. They stuck, some wouldn't open, some had rotting casements, etc. etc. So we asked several companies to bid to replace all the windows, plus our downstairs sIider. They were less than half the price of an Anderson replacement company we had bid (I believe they were right in line with Pella). What really sold me on them, though, is that they've been around forever (something like 30+ years) and they have an A+ rating with the BBB. The initial meeting, scheduling, and install days were very smooth. One thing I liked is that they had "carte blanche" from us to replace any bad casements, as we didn't know what was rotting and what wasn't. They were honest and said that only 2 windows needed this replacement. We had budgeted in more $ for that so it was a good surprise. It's been almost a year now, and the windows are great. Cheaper electric bills, no complaints. We went with the least expensive ones that fold in for cleaning and have double locks. Would use again. Highly recommend.

The experience with them was fine and they're very flexible. They were great as far as clean up is concern.

It went very very well. They were very very punctual and very clean. They cleaned up everything. There was not a speck of mess left from the roof, no nails or anything. They were very courteous. They were very very quick on response. They were very polite all the way through, throughout the whole ordeal of replacing the roof. We plan on using them again in the future. As a matter of fact, we are considering replacing the windows with them.

They were really professional, we were ordering a lot of different stuff so we ended up just going with a contractor and then using our resources through him. Their timeliness was fine and their professionalism good. The price was a little high.

I liked this provider because they did the job we hired them for, period.They also did a quick roof inspection, at my request, and said things looked ok. They do not try to up- sell you for things you really don't need, like some other companies do. I really appreciated this. It was no problem getting an appointment, but they are busy, so we had to wait a while before someone could come out.

I called to request an estimate and a representative came to the house within a day. Spent lots of time going over our options, then completed a contract for the work we requested. The doors took about 3 weeks to arrive. When they were in, the company scheduled a time to come out and do the installation. The workmen were very courteous and did an excellent job on the installation. The products are exactly as we expected and everything was done in a timely fashion. We were very satisfied with our purchase and with the work done.

Very well. No complaints. Reasonable pricing!

My experience with them went well. It was good. They were very easy to work with and they got the job done when they said they would. They did a good job and I have no complaints.
