My wife and I needed to update our existing alarm service and find an affordable monitoring service. Mike and Dan are extremely knowledgeable in this field. They were timely with the appointment, very professional in my home environment and they made suggested solutions that were sensible and affordable without compromising quality of the product. They also switched our existing alarm service to their service and within the same visit, we were upgraded and being monitored by their central station all in a timetable that worked with my schedule.

Installation went without a hitch. They were even able to reschedule for later in the day after a scheduling conflict came up for us a few days before. Installation took about three hours, and when it was complete they took plenty of time to walk us through the system, how it works, and how to test it. They set up the and quot;This home is protected by...and quot; signs out front and were off. During the quote and service installers and quoters put up fantastically with our puppies, who wanted to do nothing but lick them to death, and were professional the whole time. Obviously Action has a lot of cost upfront for the install, where several larger companies are and quot;freeand quot; or a few hundred dollars. Action does not lock you into a contract, though, and their monthly monitoring fees are substantially lower, which presented them as a much better value long-term. You also own the equipment after install, so it's ours now.

They did an excellent job. My alarm was off line and I couldn't get my previous alarm company to respond to my concerns. After one call to Action Security, they came out and fixed my alarm. I switched my monitoring to them and am currently paying even less for much better service. They are very responsive and I feel much safer having them monitor my system.
