About Maids

We used them for over a year. Even when the cleaning was better than usual, it was still just okay. Beware, some crews would eat any food left out. Half-full candy dish was down to two pieces of chocolate and another time half a dozen cookies were eaten that were left in the microwave. They left just one cookie. Last time they were here was August 2012. They only visited 1BR and 2 BA. The areas they did "visit" were not cleaned. I'm talking crumbs on the counter, streaks all over the bathroom mirror,and the kitchen floor was barely swept. It certainly was not cleaned w/any product. I complained to company the day of the last cleaning. I had to call back b/c the owner never called, the receptionist said the owner would offer a $5 credit. Now, it's been over a month, I disputed the charge w/my credit card company b/c no one would call me back for over 3 weeks after my first complaint. Here's the offers I've received to remedy the situation since the dispute; $10 check, $25 check, and (the best offer yet!) 50% off my NEXT cleaning. Which would mean I'd have to PAY to have them back? I think not. Dispute is still open w/my credit card. I was just told they didn't want to lose us as clients. 5 weeks after first complaint? AND they wouldn't even call me until I disputed this with my credit card. I still haven't talked to the owner though I requested this twice prior to disputing the charge with my credit card.

My experience with them turned out to be terrible as they were stealing from me. When I called their manager about it they were willing to do nothing about it other than offer me a 25 $ credit. I was however happy with the work they were performing. I would never use them again in the future.
