The job was completed and it looked good except there were a few issues I requested to be fixed. He said they would be done. While I gave them extended time due to the virus and weather. I repeatedly called and they never came out to fix the issues. Now I have a burried chain, minor issues, and painted lines that were done incorrectly he still has not come out to fix. It has been since July of 2019. I orginally gave them a good review but they have not backed up what they said. I believed in them but not now.

Initially, driveway looked great (Aug 2019) However, there were some areas that needed patching/repair. Contacted the owner multiple times, and I was told it would be handled. It is now October 2020, and the cracks/patches haven't been repaired.

Isaac and his crew were very professional in removal of my existing driveway and replacing with new asphalt. I recommend them if you need any asphalt work.

Workers were great to work with and did an excellent job. Driveway looks better than the original one. Isaac was great to work with and gave me a few ideas. Any one looking for a great company they are it. Great price as well.

How to lose money and potential business in less than 20 seconds by the owner of the business. My driveway is in major repair. At one time it had gravel through out the back of the house. Over time grass and dirt has covered it up. I wanted a small job completed first so as to see your work ethic, and cost. I called your business and was answered by voice mail. I get it. You're a small business, and have no real staff. You call it a cost savings. I call it small time and possible red flag. I don't have time to leave a message. You called back. As I explain the initial project, you cut me off and tell me you would be wasting your time and energy because of it. You also tell me your service would be "way too expensive for such a small project." "What you really need to do is call a landscaper and get them to deliver some gravel and do it yourself, " you said. "I'm being honest, " you said. I appreciate your honesty. Most construction businesses would jump at late Fall business no matter how big or small. A good business owner would see this as a opportunity to "explore more business" from a client." I'm not an expert at your business, but I call you as an "expert" and learned you really have no business being in business. I gave you "C" because at least you called back and gave a flimsy reason why you didn't want to work today.

Overall great job. Quality work done in a timely manor. Isaac explained clearly exactly what they were going to do and it was done just as he said with no hidden cost. He was extremely helpful and personable throughout the whole process. The workers were very courteous and respectful. They cleaned up everything afterwards to perfection. The job was done when he said at the price he quoted us. We couldn't be more satisfied and look forward to hiring again for future projects.

The entire process was professionally done from start to finish. Punctual crew that did an excellent job and stayed around until everything was 100%. Very happy with the finished product.

I decided to request a quote from White's after reading some good reviews on Home Advisor and here on Angie's List. I don't know where that A rating came from based on my experience. I first had contact with Isaac on March 1st when he responded to my quote request via email/text. The text said he would call the following day (Mar 2nd) and he provided his phone number. I called Isaac at around 1:00pm the next afternoon and left a message for him. I received a text response saying "I"m sorry give me a few minutes I'll call u". I finally spoke to Isaac on March 4th and he told me he was out of town for a wedding and to text him my address so he could contact me when he returned. On March 7th I texted and asked him to let me know when he was available to look at the job and he said he would contact me as soon as he got home. I received a text/email on Saturday the 9th of March at 10:44pm that was very similar to the initial "It's Isaac from Whites Custom Paving just checking with you about your paving Est. my cell number is..." I didn't receive a phone call the next day so I responded to his message the next day (Sunday) asking if he could come give an estimate on Tuesday. No response... Against my better judgement, I called Isaac on Monday the 11th to see if he could make it on Tuesday. I left a message but got no response until the 13th. Isaac called me around 11:00am and proceeded to tell me that he was away for a wedding and decided to stay another week. I then informed him that I committed to another company and no longer needed his estimate. He acted like he could care less that he lost my business and was not at all apologetic that he led me on for 12 days. Around 1:00pm I saw that I had a voicemail from Issac. His message was asking if I still needed an estimate, after I personally spoke to him two hours prior. That was kind of funny... He is clearly an unorganized mess so I'm glad I didn't hire him for my costly project. Maybe I got him on a bad week (or 12 days) but I will not be recommending him to anyone I know.

Whites Custom Paving did a great job and we highly recommend them! They offered suggestions like adjusting some uneven landscaping pavers that aligned a portion of the driveway, adding curves to the driveway to give it a softer more country look, and adding and additional conduit for future use. We were especially pleased with the way the drive met the road. They were able to widen the entry and black top up to the mail box (to make it easier for our postal carrier to deliver mail). It was a really big project --- the driveway was longer than a football field, and we added parking for 6 cars. Whites finished the job on time, at a fair price, and provided quality work with attention to details. THANK YOU WHITES CUSTOM PAVING!

A+. I had a complete driveway replacement (1200 ft2). Isaac of White's Paving provided a very competitive price. Now that the job is complete I couldn't be happier with the overall quality and workmanship of his crew. These guys know how to lay asphalt! Job included complete tear-out, extension, then 2 layers (1 base and 1 finish) asphalt. Showed up as promised, crew very respectful of property etc... and all were hard working and did a great job. They even cut a brick walk interface so it 'look good'. If you're looking for a paving job be sure to give Isaac a call. They do great work at competitive pricing. You will be pleased.

Smoothly, driveway looked almost perfect.

They did a phenomenal job! Besides the business owner, there were 5 workers -- all amazingly skilled at what they did. Plus they were professional, polite, punctual, hard-working -- couldn't ask for more. Our neighbor saw their work and hired them on the spot to do his driveway. I would recommend them highly.

Isaac gave us a full rundown of what would happen when we met him for the quote. He answered all our questions and was very thorough in his explanations. Isaac and his team got the job done in one day, with no mess, and it looks great. Just had it done, but expect it will hold up well.

Issac gave us a fair estimate for the work we were looking to complete. The crew was onsite the next day. The job was completed as promised and we are happy with the results. Would recommend and hire again.

I was called by the company after sending an email message for an estimate. We scheduled a date and time and they never showed! I am sure that there is an explanation on why they never showed but I haven't received any follow up or a rescheduled call.

The only tiny thing he could have done better was to keep us updated on timings. This was such a small issue. Isaac is awesome as is his work.

They did a very good job for a great price. Showed up on time and finished well before I thought they would. Cleaned up well. The owner was on the job most of the time.

I called and left a message. Four days later, I hadn't been contacted, so I called them on the phone around 745 am, someone answered and said he would call me back. I never heard back from them.

We called and were told that someone would be out to look at the property/driveway and give us an estimate. We didn't hear back so my husband called again and the guy told him and quot;my notes are in my truck, let me call you back.and quot; Then he called back and thought my husband was someone else - he had dialed the wrong person. Said he would call back and we have yet to hear from him. That was 5 days ago and we still have not received a call. Needless to say, we will not be using Whites Custom Paving for our investment properties.
