The early part of the process went well. The salesperson was punctual and polite. They provided good information. After that, things went downhill. They were way behind schedule on the installation. I understood that parts availability was in issue and was patient. The workers caused a lot of wear on the roof shingles.Several inverters malfunctioned. They were slow to replace the first 4, and I cannot get them to replace the two that are now bad even though the inverter company has sent them replacements under warranty. In addition, they caused damage to my gutter. The owner eventually agreed to cover the cost of repair, after weeks of hounding him. He even said he had sent me a check, but it never arrived. He won;t answer the phone, return calls or even return emails. He is running and hiding from me, when all I want is for him to deliver as promised. He needs to replace my bad inverters and send me the refund check for the repairs I had to pay to have done. If you are considering instaling solar on your home, find another supplier. I recommend you avoid SuntricityPower

Will update this section once system is up and running.
Description of Work: It has been 1 year since we signed a contract for solar power for our home. We financed this project as it was very expensive (most solar is right now). We interviewed four contractors and met with each twice and chose this company. The Salesman was let go within months and we have been dealing with the owner. They received the deposit which was almost the entire amount. and we still have no solar installation yet. The product may be very good. I wouldn't know because it is not complete and is not working. The owner has very poor commmunication skills, he does not do what he says he will do. There has been numeous problems with planning, execution and permits/approvals.

They did a good competent job. They didn't seem to be totally aware of when I could activate the system. It had to be inspected by their electrician and my power provider. They weren't really on the ball on when these inspections would occur or if I could turn the system on. It is a good system and hopefully it will save me a lot of money. I do get a federal tax credit and a state energy grant, which should amount to 2/3 of the cost so it is a pretty good deal but I had to come up with all the money up front. I didn?t shop around for the price but it was what I expected.
Description of Work: I used Suntricity Power to install solar panels on my roof.
