+ -1 moreStar Appliance did well. He was knowledgeable and had the part. I ordered the part but I couldn't install it. He diagnosed the problem and built the part for us and put the oven back in. Everything was good. It was a pretty prompt appointment.They weren't here for too long. They were a certified repair group and they worked on Kenmore systems.
