They only replaced a single post, however, it was not a straight forward job in that there is a mesh fence attached on both sides. When finished, the post was solid as a rock and the mesh refastened properly. and the area was not a mess when done.

Main issue was the quality of the work and work that was done was not the work discussed with the owner. Also, the people who came out to do the work finally were not SRFS employees, but subcontractors who didn t seem to know what they were doing. Emailed SRFS and informed them I would pay remaining invoice price by mail by check even though I was dissatisfied and didn t get the work quoted. I NEVER received a return email or phone call. Obviously, they are fine with inferior workmanship and not delivering the discussed work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Quality of work was outstanding and the crew on the ground was respectful and professional. They were accommodating to my requests as I recently brought a puppy to our house and needed some special set up to protect the puppy and our yard. Quality of material was great and the value was good also. Would definitely recommend.
