Inspection was thorough and professional. Quick response. Treatment team was courteous, professional and quite willing to spend time explaining or answering questions. Full treatment is 3 visits and involves the entire house.

They were phenomenal. We moved here in 2006 and we had big wolf spiders here and when I came to clean before we moved in and they said because of the fireplace would outside in people's yards, it draws these wolf spiders. They all have extermination people to come out and spray in their homes couple of times a year, which works. Whatever they use is organic and it is safe. They also do strategic spraying and they spray around your house too, which is pretty good. They spray all around the outside of your house. We would continue to use them.

The technician is coming back today to finish up. I expected him to be a little bit cheaper. However, they are excellent. The technician was actually sitting in my community, he had just finished up with another customer and I walked over, I said I had a problem. He came right over with me. He came in to my house. I had carpenter ants in my kitchen so he took care of it. He pulled out a little vacuum cleaner and sucked the ones that he killed. I would absolutely recommend him.

They were very professional and the estimator was very thorough. He walked both upstairs and downstairs and noticed things which I missed. They also found carpenter ants, entering the house and explained the products they would use, also the treatment method. He seemed extremely informative and knowledgeable. Two weeks after the treatment job, a management person came to follow up on the job and check if everything was fine. They also gave a year's warranty and assured to get back if I found anything again. They were very efficient and did a clean job. The estimator presented himself very neatly and climbed everywhere to check. I was very impressed and will use them in the future.

They have been very good. I use them for the inside and outside. They are professional and punctual. I thought that there was a problem because I could see outside from the basement. I thought someone that was doing pest control would be familiar with that area of the house; so I called them to ask them for some help. However, they couldn't get a hold of me on the phone. The next day they actually sent a person out to talk to me. I thought that was really great. They have always been very nice. I use them inside and outside and I don't have the bugs that we used to have. I don't have the amount of bugs that my neighbors do, the bugs that I find are dead or they die soon. For an average visit, I spend $119. I think their price is comparable. The quality of their work is very good. If a company does a good job and their people are nice I would rather pay a little more than cheaper service that is not as good. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are on time. We are on a quarterly contract with them. They are always here when they are supposed to be. If I am not here then they will do the exterior, although they try to come when I am here. It is hard though because I work during the day. They do a good job. If I miss a couple of appointments with having them come inside the house, then the bugs will come back. If they did weekend and evening hours, it would allow me to be here more readily for their work. When accounts changed and we had trouble paying them once, they were very understanding. I appreciate that. The price is comparable. I don't think it is significantly more or less. Whenever they are here, they are always very professional.

Great initial but followup were total waste. Treated outside of house only and brought no mouse treatment., Had set up for them to come in basement only and was never done. Charged for spraying outside of house. Neighbor was watching and saw very little treatment.

They send out the post card before they come out. They do a great job. If they have any issues in between the services they come right out and take care of it. The technicians are always very friendly and accommodating. We also have some problems with ants and mice so they are taking care of both the problems, hence they had to come out a few times but they took care of it.
