I am retierd Navy and just want the military and all to be aware of this company. We hired this company to move use Wellington Woods to Chestnut hill Estates in 2017 which they caused $1,200 worth of damages and missing items. Finally went to court after 2 years of court scheduling and the owner threatening to contact his lawyer thinking I wouldn't file a civil suit. The judge cited that since were weren't charged $450.00 for a week of storage which we never received a receipt for or any receipts for payments made which we were told that we would receive that that was an agreement and they weren't liable for the rest of the damages, slick move on there part. Had we know of this trick we would have just paid the $450.00 and then pursued legal action.

This company is unprofessional and caused me hardship. The movers arrived without tools and asked to borrow mine. Then the movers asked to stop work to buy more packing materials since they did not bring enough with them. Then the movers damaged several of my furniture items when loading the truck. then the movers did not unpack all of my items because it was almost 2am before they finished. George and Sheena refused to handle my claims and I had to hire an attorney. They refused to respond to me and my attorney. I will be filing complaints with the Delaware Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. I am also considering taking them to court to sue for damages. As you may guess, I do NOT recommend this company.

Fantastic experience all around! Extremely nice and professional. Would definitely hire again. Excellent communication and a pleasure to do business with this company.

The schedulers, owner and movers at The Move Crew were excellent! I realized the next day that I had underestimated my need for movers and asked if they could help me with another 90 minutes of professional moving again and they were able to make it happen! I was so impressed.

Could not have gone better.

He was supposed to package and deliver a small table on an agreed to date. I sent him the details and never heard back from him. I made several attempts, call, text, and email but no response. Finally went with another company. Too bad seemed like a good guy and would have done future business with him.

Movers showed up by 8:30am and worked until 5:30 pm- without a lunch break. They were friendly, careful and professional. The move included some difficult pieces (grandfather clock, heavy-duty treadmill going to a basement) that they handled well. I would recommend them and use them again.

Their service was impeccable. I had run out of packing supplies and they went out of their way to provide extra boxes and tape and any other materials I needed for packing. They made a call and had packers come over and take over the job for me which made my job easier. I found out there were extra things that needed to be moved the next day. They went out of their way and came back the next day and took care of it and didn?t charge me anything extra for it. Their service was just amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Better than I could have asked for. They were beyond polite, and helpful. They were able to move a very heavy metal king bed fra me up an awkward set of stairs. They exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend their services.

Went great! The owner was easy to work with and responsive and the guys kept us informed of their eta and were efficiant and personable. Will use again in the near future for friends move.

It went extremely well. They were here exactly at 9:00 AM as scheduled, picked up all my furniture and moved everything over to my new home in 3 hrs. I felt so relieved bc I was sick that week but they saved me a lot of energy and pain. Thank you guys!!!
