Description of Work: Mike who was the A.C. That arrived to service my unit was excellent. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my unit and make the repairs. He was professional and kind . He gave me my options to correct the condition and then made the repaid without wasting any time.

Description of Work: After my mix up with the deals section I was able to get a deal from this company. I scheduled of a Wednesday or Thursday morning. When the time of the appointment came they didn't show. I called them and ask when the service man would be here the customer service representative didn't have me scheduled. She had a service man come about 2 or 3 hours after the call. The service man was friendly and told me nothing was wrong with my A/C unit.

Description of Work: Inspected the a/c system ,checked all operation,check the rifrigerant,cleaned the condenser and a bunch of other stuff as we let them do there stuff but we did not look over there shoulder.They also were very pleasant and answered all our questions.

Description of Work: They tuned up my air conditioner which had started blowing warm air. They showed me how to change my filter and gave good information and tips regarding my air conditioner. Very nice people.

Description of Work: I woke up the morning of Sat, Mar 1, and realized the furnace was not working. I called the provider ~11am and left a message with the answering service in which I clearly stated that I had no heat.

Description of Work: We paid $49 for a heating tune-up thru Angies List . However, when the provider came to our house, he suggested a few other things to make furnace run more efficently. We spent $130 more for repair of the exhaust and installing a pad for the humidifier.

Description of Work: I have used maichles heating and AC in the past to have my air conditioner fixed in the middle of summer. I called two of the big box companies and they were he'll bent on selling me a new unit even though my air conditioner was only five yrs old. I have a trane system and trane pointed me in Maichles direction as they are a trane certified instàller and service company. The guy who came out was very professional and replaced my capacitor then took the time to check the systems charge and answer many of my questions. They even changed my filter and programmed my thermostat for free. I would definitely recommend them and when I do finàlly need a new system I will definitely call them first

Description of Work: My upstairs heater was banging and making strange noises. Matt arrived exactly on time, checked out the heater and found the problem immediately and corrected it. I will definately have them back in the spring to service my air conditioning units.

Description of Work: Cooling on A/C not working. The thermostat was damaged due to electrical surge. The serviceman replaced the air filter, checked the entire system and replaced thermostat.
