Description of Work: Provider forwarded an email on 7/17/15 stating that he would be in touch with me in regards to my request for service. I have heard nothing from them since that date.

Description of Work: inspected and cleaned air conditioner - installed new filters

Description of Work: Prompt service. Very friendly. Did what was needed to make sure that the system was operating correctly. No pressure up-sells or critiques of other companies. Very professional. Recommend without reservation.

Description of Work: They cleaned, repaired, and replaced old parts and wiring to my air conditioning unit. I filled in a form about their work a year ago when they did the work. I'm filling in this form again because I don't want to be asked about it again.

Description of Work: They came mid morning and were polite and friendly from the start. I took them around to show them the unit it - which wasn't working at all - and after checking the filter (and being the first ones to find the correct location of the filter), one of the technicians noticed that a switch was in the off position. As soon as he flicked it back on, viola! I felt foolish but the system was overdue for a check up so their visit was not in vain. Turns out there was a part that was in need of replacement - an "it could go at any moment" type of situation. I had the part replaced and it's been great ever since. I will have them back to inspect the furnace in September.

Description of Work: Used Maichle's to perform a pre-season furnace check. Technician was proficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended we consider replacing the unit "sooner rather than later" based on the unit's age (but he did not use any scare tactics...just pointed out the unit's age and condition).

Description of Work: My heater stopped working overnight. I called early in the morning and someone was here by 9am. Luckily, the problem was only a shot capacitator which was quickly replaced and everything is working again.

Description of Work: We received quotes from five contractors to replace our current heater and a/c unit. One by one we started to eliminate the installers based on price, review of Angie's List, honestly on parts for which they were quoting (not manufacturer coil, but a third party) and companies who install all different brands. David and John Maichle's were professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, and was done in one day. The day of installation temperatures reached 90 in our area. They removed everything, and protected the floors. We are very happy with the installation, and lucky forward seeing some energy savings from this new unit.
