Kenny was great, he arrived early, answered any questions my family and I had about the property, very knowledgeable about each system in the home, showed me what each system should look like working normally and abnormally and possible life expectancy of different things with proper care. He found major problems that would've gone unnoticed by someone that didn't have experienced or a keen eye. He was very knowledgeable about home inspections and made sure to explain things in a way that a first time home buyer would understand. Kenny helped me to feel secure in the home that I chose and even showed me how to make sure it's well taken care of for years to come. He even brought along a note pad, pen, and tape measure for my own personal use. Had a great experience at our home inspection, Kenneth Rodriguez really took his time, even handed me a notepad to jot down any notes, gave us a lot of information for simple repairs, was honest and very professional in his work, made us feel comfortable in asking questions and offering feedback, and we could really tell he wasn’t just there to get the job done but to also offer a good experience throughout the whole process.

Our inspection was scheduled for 11:00AM. My fiancé and I arrived about 10 minutes early, but Kenny was already there preparing for the inspection. He provided us with a binder with copies of the inspection services agreement, the state of DE code of ethics and standards of practice for home inspectors, and the radon test report. Kenny also had an extra measuring tape and pad of paper available for us to take notes and measurements during the inspection. Kenny was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The inspection lasted about 3 hours, and he assessed every aspect of the property very thoroughly. After the inspection concluded, he sent us the completed home and termite inspection reports very quickly. The report included lots of pictures and videos to support his findings. We are highly satisfied with Kenny's work and will definitely recommend Loyalty Home Inspections to others in the future!
