This was my first time working with James Forrest Contracting and I was very pleased with the experience. James Forrest and his son contacted me quickly about my repair request on a weekend. The two came out on Monday to review the recurring problem that seemed to be difficult for others to diagnose. They explained what they saw as the cause of the roof leak and how they would fix it. They gave me an estimate and sent the proposal that day. They returned promptly after the roof had time to dry from an earlier rain, and completed the repair. They stand by their work, and gave me the guarantee that they would return if needed. I felt their work was very professional and they set a fair price. I highly recommend this team for roof repairs.

Jim showed came out and gave me an estimate for the job almost immediately after I called him. When I decided to use Jim for the job, he came that same day to start the job and finished the next day. Jim and his son were very professional, cleaned up after the job and answered all my questions. The gutter guard product is fairly new in the marketplace, but I was impressed with its quality and functionality. I would recommend Jim to anyone who asks.

I can't say enough about how nice and respectable this company was ,to say I am pleased would be an understatement ,it was a pleasure meeting them and they went above and beyond to fix my roof ,I would use them again ,and recommend them again if I could give them ten stars I would ,I am on a fixed income so I was really stressed ,a dead tree limb from a neighbor yard hit my roof and they helped me big time , fair price and good and fast work

Mr. Forrest gave a detailed estimate. Arrived at scheduled time to begin work. He was efficient, friendly and did a great job. He cleaned up after the job completion. We even added an additional request that he was able to do during his project for us. I would recommend and use Forrest Contracting again.

Very easy communication. They are clear about what the can or canâ t do. Reasonable prices. Friendly people who are easy to work with. I just wish they did more than painting and caulking, lol!

We are senior citizens and never found more professional and competent contractors. The Forrests are dependable , honest, hard working individuals who take pride in doing quality work. Had a small roofing repair. James Forrest Sr. and Jr. came (others didn't or couldn't for some time), immediately understood what needed to be done and most importantly did it! All done in time for the next rainstorm.

They were prompt , knew the roof problems and fixed the problem as soon as it stopped raining. They were thorough and great to work with. They will be my roofer from now on.

James Forest has an excelent work ethic ( i.e. arrived when stated , excellent price, the area was clean after project was completed. James and Dad were great people to work with and I would use them again for other projects.

From the phone conversation to the job being finished Jim and his dad were all about customer service- friendly, professional, thorough and accommodating. Jim assured me if any problems he and his dad would be right back as they guaranteed their work.

James Forrest provided outstanding service in power washing and painting the porch railings, support posts, front and kitchen doors and trim. They were prompt in responding (less than 24 hours, I received a phone call) to my initial request submitted online. We scheduled an appointment for Friday May 7 for them to see the job and provide an estimate, and they showed up exactly on time on the scheduled date. They provided an estimate on the spot, which I agreed to. Work was scheduled for the following Monday May 10, and completed on schedule on Thursday May 13. Quality of work was outstanding. James was easy to communicate with before and during the job. First rate service. Highly recommend James Forrest.

I would recommend J. Forrest and hire them again of needed. They responded quickly for the estimate, then showed up when they said they would to completed the job for the estimated price. Friendly, personable, easy to work with.
