+ -1 moreMark is awesome! He has been out to service our A/C unit a few times. It decided to stop working this week - possibly the hottest week of the year AND we have a two-year old AND I'm pregnant - and he was at our house first thing this morning, so he could fit us in before a job, and had it fixed and running in about an hour. He always takes the time to explain what the problem is, what he's doing to correct it, and what to do/look out for in order to keep it running as long as possible. It's an old unit so eventually we'll have to replace it, but there's never pressure from Mark to do so. He's a super nice guy, always professional, and very fair with pricing. We are hoping to hire him for some home renovations in the not-so-distant future so I will be sure to report back afterward. Thanks Mark!
