+ -1 moreIt went great from start to finish! Great communication from the office, great experience with the repair, Saturday hours and a fair price. You can tell Lee Adams is an expert in his field. This is the only HVAC company I will use from now on.
Description of Work: My heater stopped working and I wasn't sure who to call, I noticed the Harry Adams sticker on my unit so I decided to give them a try. It turns out I needed my heater blower motor replaced, Lee the owner set me up with a temporary repair until the part could be ordered. Once the new motor came in they set up a time to come out and replace the part.

+ -1 moreWonderful, I had called another company to have to have this done, and they told me that they would have to send someone out to "see if it the actuator that is the problem". Trust me, this was in a high-rise condo building, and all of he residents know what it sounds like when the actuator has to be replaced. So, I called Harry Adams, based on reviews here (and they were also on the list for the building as a recommended vendor). The lady I spoke with could not have been more helpful and professional. She set my expectations on the timing of having this done, and then the tech met them! I was not present when the work was done (we had already moved out of the property), but the work was done on time and on budget. They followed up with a call to let me know how to take care of the bill after the work was completed. I will definitely use them again! Thanks for a great experience!
Description of Work: I needed an actuator on a heat pump replaced. I already had the part, just needed the expertise to do the job. This was the third time this part needed to be replaced, so I knew exactly what the issue was.

Description of Work: I called him back for an problem. It was a problem with the reversing valve in the air conditioner. The reversing valve didn't work.
