We had a lot of outdoor repair and fixing on our deck and area. Ham and his crew came out and did it so thorough cleanly and beautifully. We immediately hired him to do our windows caulking and painting. We had notice they were bad and we were thinking about doing it and Ham pointed them out as a future concern and gave us such a good price that we did it their and then. We are so happy with this experience!

Mr. Grant and company did an excellent job. His estimate was the best in the area and he held to that value..As the project proceeded he made recommendations for repair on my deck that did not change the original estimate. his crew were extremely helpful and polite when working with my family and addressed any questions that they had. The workmanship was top notch and any issues identified were bought to our attention immediately. The job was completed in an appropriate amount of time. Suggestions were made for improvements out side of the original bid that did not impact the final cost. His team was very mindful of current conditions with covid19 and did as we asked for ours and there protection.

Ed arrived on time, was courteous, and quickly screwed back the loose rake trim on the roof for $150.00. And also screwed back some loose sliding for free.
