Green Pest Management

I recently had a disappointing experience with GreenPest management company. A sales representative pressured me into signing a one-year contract by stating that he needed to secure one customer that day. Feeling cornered, I agreed to the contract, trusting the sales guy professionalism. However, after the first service, I decided to cancel the service. I was shocked when I was informed that the cancellation fee would be $250, despite having been told initially that the service fee was $100. The customer service agent was rude and he got furious after he heard about cancellation and determined to get 250$ from me. The entire experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I would caution others about the company shady practices and be wary of high-pressure sales tactics. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GreenPest company and suggest seeking pest control services from a more transparent and customer-friendly provider.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They had a representative come to my home while I was getting ready for my birthday celebration, which I mentioned to him right off. He continued to talk over and over again instead of stating he will leave his info and come at another time. After I told him we just had another pest company come to the home and we are going with them he proceeded to show me a black widow he found at a neighbor's house. I repeated myself once again and he said I will just take a look around and give you an evaluation of the property. I watched him from the inside of my home and he planted the black widow on my house at the side, and then rang my door bell about 30 times. I answered and told him again did I not tell you already I am getting ready for my celebration and I will appreciate if you left my home. He started saying there is black widow at the side of my home, I told him still not interested, as I closed my door he shoved his information in my door and went back to the side of my home, where I watched him again, to retrieve the black widow. I called the company and explained to them the manager was very rude and immediately took the reps side with no apology she stated she will have the owner contact me. It has been a few days and nothing. I will report this company to better business bureau and will be notifying the proper authorities about this issue.

Green Pest went above and beyond for my home. The technician's are always great. So friendly and helpful. They treat inside and out and even get all of our nasty spider webs outside. Great customer service as well. I can always get someone out here right away if needed. Been using their company for a few years now. I recommend!

While making an unsolicited round of cold calls in my neighborhood, one of their contractors rang my doorbell in the middle of the day. This surprised my puppy, and between the doorbell and the barking dog, my napping baby woke up. I answered the door and asked them to leave as this wasn't a good time, and I was told that it wasn't their fault that I had no control over my dog and was a bad mother for letting my dog wake up my child. When I tried to reply he literally brushed my off with his hand and went to the next house. He lied to many of my neighbors, saying how badly we were all infested with bugs, even though we are a brand new development. He refused to give cards out to anyone, but made you sign up for services on the spot or left you with words of calamity upon your house for not signing up. A neighbors doorbell was broken when he didn't answer the door fast enough. Calls to management were either left unanswered or ended up with the owner becoming belligerent and yelling at my neighbors. Completely unprofessional service all the way around.
